Best Water Tank Repair in Detroit MI

On May 26th we hired Nelson Bros to install a dishwasher hose, a sink faucet, a garbage disposal and connect the gas line to the stove. We we told that it would take about three hours to complete. The plumber arrived a few minutes before noon and left at 8:15 pm giving us a bill over $1150. He attempted to install the dishwasher hose but was not successful. We were charged for all of the time he spent trying to rig up a way to make it work. He later told us that we need an OEM part and that we need to hire an appliance company. He then installed the sink faucet but did not do it correctly, it does not function properly. However, we were charged over $200. He did properly install the garbage disposal, but after testing the dishwasher, realized he did not completely remove the knock-out, creating a flood into the cabinet and into the basement. He did not secure the water lines properly allowing the line to move freely.We contacted Rick immediately and he said he would have the owner review the bill and get back to us. The amount charged is excessive for the amount of work which was done correctly.Rick later told us that our invoice is still on the owner's desk and he would contact us, which he never did. On their website it states that their technicians will efficiently solve plumbing problems Many of our problems still exist, yet we were charged for over eight hours of work. The website goes on to state that Nelson Bros provides their customers with honest, quality service at a fair price Is $1150 a fair price for an improperly installed faucet, a dishwasher that does not work and water lines that are not secured?The website goes on to promise Should there be a problem with our workmanship we will return to correct the problem free of charge. They haven't.We have tried to work with Nelson Brothers, giving them plenty of time to correct the problem and refund the overcharges, but we have not heard from anyone in the company. Having been loyal customers for decades, it's a shame having to leave a review like this.

Been having issues with out 30+ year old toilet for a year or so now. They came the morning it completely broke and had it fixed by 2pm! Normally we'd have to wait a day or two for a guy to come, but they installed a brand new toilet and fixed the issues (disgusting build ups in pipes from literally decades of use). Quick and promp, very professional and friendly service from the two gentleman who came, one was the owner (If you are reading this, I apologize for being terrible with names). Can't thank you guys enough!

Came out after 10:30pm and did an excellent job snaking my toilet after my granddaughter put something in it. Will definitely use them for all plumbing needs in the future!!!

Did some work for a neighbor and never returned to put my chain link fence back in place!

Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

Kenny responded during the holidays; my tenants furnace went kaput; he installed new one in 24hrs & really important to me, he cleaned up everything leaving the basement looking good! Yep, I recommend him.

Ron was great! fix the problem after two plumber I called before him wanted to tear into my walls. Ron worked to remove the clogged sewer line and charged a reasonable price and amazed me by how clean he left my restroom odor free. I will recommend this guy to anyone. I left his card on our Water Dept board over the time clock with A-1 plumber underneath.. Great!! Job Ron.

Honestly, look no further! First time using these guys and was really happy. They are reasonably price and will come out and do the job you need without trying to upsell you. My Mom had a kitchen drain (plugged) and they made it look easy. Super Happy.

The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. Very good experience with the work done on 3/9/2022. Kevin Spencer is a real professional. His is very knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated fully about the work he would be doing.
