Our family had an issue with a toilet that was poorly installed by a non-professional. The toilet was out of order due to an internal issue in the area of the toilet that holds the water prior to flushing. It was spraying water on the inside and wasn't properly filling and shutting off. Upon searching online and seeing Plumbing Now come up in search results as being highly rated and a quality business, we gave them a phone call. They promptly and courteously picked up and told us they'd give us a phone call about ten minutes from arrival. Mark Beaudoin, owner of Plumbing Now, showed up at our doorstep soon after the ten minute notice. He was professionally dressed and wore a mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He quickly was able to inspect the toilet and diagnose the issue with ease. He clearly was a professional. He knew what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and promptly gave us a cost. He charged our family an extremely reasonable cost to repair the toilet. We agreed and within seconds he got back into his truck, got out the needed supplies he needed to make the repair, and within 10 minutes he had corrected said issue and ensured there were no other major issues that needed immediate attention. He was kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. If you want something done right and fast, he's your guy. The icing on the cake is that it's a locally owned business since 1993! What better way to support our neighbours during a pandemic than by using their services! We need more quality service professionals like Mark! Give him a call and get back to your day! I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.

I had used the company last year and was very satisfied with their work. This time the drain was snaked out fine - I assume - but the service after that was subpar: the technician had moved the washing machine to get to the drain. He didn't move it back. But that was the least of my complaints: He left an awful mess on the basement floor - last year the technician mopped it up with one of the mops that are in the basement -and didn't even bother to pick up the roots he had pulled out, although there was a garbage can right next to the drain. And finally, he didn't close the drain back up. Since there are 3 parts to it, I'm not sure how they are supposed to be placed into the hole.

We were having issues with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom where the shut off valves kept popping on the cold water side every day, between the two bathrooms.
