Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

We had an issue with a job - a sink was left completely unusable. When I spoke with the front desk I got a lot of runaround and the issue didn't get fixed, but then I spoke with Derek the owner and he was fantastic. He fixed the issue immediately. He was very kind, generous, and helpful. A true professional!

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

They were so quick with a repair on our shower, very professional, courtesy, and most importantly very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY CONCERTE WORK! I felt like I had little choice when they came out and gave me a run down saying they need to break my basement floor. If you do decide to use them get a second quote as these guys prices they give start sky high then they give you a deal which I'm not even sure is a deal. That being said with the quality of the work they did I'd say it was a bad deal. The concrete work was awful unlevel and rough. I didn't expect perfection but there is no reason I should have to redo the concrete to have a level floor again after paying $4700. If I can make the concrete smoother then someone being paid to do it there is something wrong. Then they left a mess in my basement along with cigarettes butts and used rubber gloves in my driveway then denied it when I called them out on it on the phone the next day. If you need anything more then unclogging of a drain done call someone else. What a joke.

Overpriced plumbing prices, just to change a toilet flange they wanted to charge me $850 for a simple job, when I talked to them on the phone they told me it would only cost $150. The plumbers are very unprofessional, one of the plumbers came in high on the job. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

We called this company for 2 of rental houses leaks and plumbing repair, they came same day and fixed both houses professionally rented in few hours, before that we were calling couple other plumbers but no show, thx to this plumbers company our problems was solved quickly 🙏

Answered the phone on a Saturday, and came out late to snake my main sewer drain that had backed up that morning. Took the time to put down cardboard in the area where the snake would be running so as not to damage/dirty my carpeting. Was able to take care of the issue pretty quickly, and give me some background on why this had happened, and how to mitigate in the future. Clean, courteous, professional, and efficient. Would highly recommend.
