TIP: RECORD YOUR PHONE SCHEDULING CONVERSATIONI scheduled toilet installation service over the phone, the receptionist told me they would sent out someone to do an estimate. There would be a $69 estimate charge to cover the technician's travel and time, but the fee would be waived if we chose to go with the company.After the tech gave us estimate, we decided to let him do the installation right away. When the technician showed us the final bill, the $69 fee was not waived. We told him that I was told over the phone $69 would be waived, he played the recording of my phone conversation with the receptionist on his iPad. The recording got cut off before the receptionist and I talked about estimate fee, the estimate fee part was not recorded. I showed his the online coupon $69 fee waived. He waived the $69 fee before he left, but told us that his office might bill the $69 fee later.

I have used Bison more than a few times and they are my go to for plumbing issues. The office staff is wonderful to deal with. The technicians were prompt and considerate of my property. I had a hot water heater replaced, the price was reasonable and Aaron went over the operation when the work was completed. Not a complaint but maybe an FYI for the future... I didn't know that the air in the the lines had to be cleared after the main line was shut off so when water came spurting and coughing out when I first turned the faucet on, I had to research online what the heck that was all about and follow the recommendations of clearing out the line. No biggie but if I didn't look it up I would have had to call them back to know what to do. So for future reference maybe the technician can go over that. All in all, a positive experience and I would recommend them to family and friends.
