I myself am a licensed plumber, but don’t snake drains. My customer had Hoover out to snake the main drain. I was there. Tech told my customer that they don’t snake through house traps and that he would have to break up the basement floor and dig up outside. To the tune of 10,000$!! I had another plumber friend of mine snake it for 100$. These guys are a total rip off. It really makes me angry when people in my trade rip people off. It gives us all a bad name. Oh, by the way the sewer opened in 5 feet, and was clear all the way out. Can anyone say commission?

Big Larry came out and gave AMAZING service! Our basement flooded around 5pm. We called around for more than an hour to get someone to come out and shake it. Unfortunately, many people in metro Detroit are experiencing flooded basements. Quinton answered and said someone will be out in an hour. Although it did take longer than an hour (due to them being extremely busy), we are so grateful that someone was able to come out tonight. Larry was very friendly and did a thorough job. The roots in our system makes the job a little tougher. We'll definitely use Quick Fixx again. Thanks Larry!

I just got home after having a baby the day prior and desperately wanted to shower. Just as I was getting in the shower I broke the diverted off the spout. I called Bubby’s and the receptionist said they were booked and couldn’t get anyone out until the next morning. I explained to her I had just got home from the hospital. She ended up calling me back 15mins later and was able to get someone over to fix the shower. I was SO appreciative. The plumbers had my shower fixed in under an hour without issue. I cannot say enough good things about Bubby’s! Thank you Bubby’s for helping this new mama out!

My first install with Cregger did not go well. However, I contacted their office and they did everything they could to make it right within 24 hours. They came out next day to fix their mistake and I couldn't be happier with their service. Chris was professional, wore a mask and got the job done correctly. Also Nicole at the office was a big help in making sure the second install went smoothly. I would recommend Creggor, because everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you fix them that matters. And Creggor went above and beyond to fix it 👍

American Home Shield sent Home Service Corp to my home on 4-12 to fix a backed up drain in my basement. The plumber arrived, tried to snake the drain and claimed he was unable to because of tree roots causing the backup in the pipes. the plumber said they were unable to clear tree root clogs and we would need to use somewhere else. AHS told us tree roots are not covered by our home warranty and referred us to another plumbing company. The other company cleared the *toilet paper* clog that was 13ft down the pipe, and sent a camera all the way to the city pipes to verify that there is no tree roots in my pipes. I dont even have trees in my yard. anyway, now this simple TP clog has cost me $400 out of pocket for what would have been covered by my home warranty if Home Service Corp had done the job right in the first place.

Plumbing techs were an excellent group to work with from start to finish. Thank you to Scott, Jamie, and team for making our installation of a toilet & vanity a very easy process. Jamie was able to make some minor customizations on our vanity to fit our recent remodel of an older bathroom. Great value and a great crew of people!

Very dissatisfying and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place at all I would recommend they go out of business the plumber called prior to a job expressing his concerns about getting paid without accessing the job on top of wanting me to know about his children in the back seat an how they have to eat very uncalled for why tell a potential customer about how people have cheated him out of $20000 TMI BE AWARE

Install a new toilet wax ring on a leaky toilet. Toilet continue to leak. So I tried to call and text Al and Demetrius numerous times. Went straight to voicemail. Never a call back and no response. So I had to pay another plumber to do the job right. What’s so interesting is that I was going to hire them to do a much larger job. I try and support my local business when I can. But when I do I get someone that’s trying to get over on people.

I called a few other companies before calling them. The other companies said they would not have an available appointment until September 24th or later. It took Levine and Sons 45 minutes to get here and they fixed it quickly and we're gone all within an hour and a half.

I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋
