On Jan 2 on called Bison to come out and jet my outside sewer line to see if it could be lined. Bison sent out two tech with the jet to try an clear the line to see if it could be lined. Unfortunately the line was collapsed and lining could not be done. So I asked the tech to get me a quote for replacement. A few days later I received the quote around 13K without concrete work which I would have to find someone to do that work. I called the office to talk about the quote and the owner answered all my questions. I told him I would have to find out what the concrete work would cost. Unfortunately I was unable to find someone that would give me a bid. So I ended going with the first company Drain Detectives because their bid included the concrete work or at least that what their tech told me. 20K later the concrete work is still not done. And am being told that they don't do concrete work and it was not part of the bid. I should have stayed with Bison they were upfront and honest. Will not make that mistake agian any plumming needs i will call Bison. Sorry i didnt give you the jobb to being with.

Driving down EC Row expressway, I was behind one of their company vehicles. Not only was the passenger smoking in the car (which is against the law, nonetheless), they littered it AND bounced it right off my windshield. VERY unprofessional and ignorant. They also were speeding and not using turn signals. If how they drive and behave on the road reflects what their service is like, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

expensive. these guys were fast but way overpriced. I was quoted two and a half times what I eventually paid to Vaughn's Plumbing (great guy) and I had to give Gamble a $25 service call fee to get the quote. the plumber who came and gave the quote was pretty nice and called in to see if he could bring it down. the boss thought I should pay even $100 more. (all my conversations with that boss made me feel like he was on speed.)
