I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Brady Mackie made the stressful experience easy. He was kind, knowledgeable, quick, considerate of my time and kept my bathroom clean. I was worried about plumbing prices and being taken advantage of being a woman. He was up front and honest and I appreciate him as a businessman and human being. You wake up in the morning and surprise NO HOT WATER. To my pleasant surprise shortly after my call you showed with a new water heater. The service technician Dylan was very professional while explaining the problems with my heater. Did I mentioned that he wore foot protection and laid covers on the floor to protect it from any water leaks. This made my aunt very happy.

This is not a review about the work(because no work was performed) this is a review in regards to customer experience. Had the team come out and provide an estimate, I had the work scheduled, then the team comes back to start the work, notices that a “special part” needs to be ordered and they will reach out to their contacts and then call me back to reschedule. A week later(today), I call the office and follow up status. Message was passed to the team. I get a call back saying “no one would sell them the part”, which I understand. But what I do not like is “lack of follow up”, this could have been conveyed to me days ago. And I would have reached out to whomever, so If you say your going to follow up..then do so.

These guys do fantastic work! it's so hard to find a good honest tradesmen of any kind these days so save this number and your set for life. 10/10 would recommend

Scheduling was quick and easy. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. When our technician Chris got here he was on time and willing to wear a mask.
