Nice and knowledgeable staff, but extremely expensive.I got an estimate for having a damaged pipe under the slab of my basement repaired.The technician came to attempt to snake it. He said the pipe was damaged and gave me a verbal estimate of $4,250. He asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment right then. I told him I would like a written estimate first.I got the written estimate a few days later and it was $4,250 PER DAY. I called them to ask them how many days it would take, they said they had no idea until they started ripping the concrete up. I questioned it, and they basically confirmed that it could take one day and be $4,250 or take five days and be over $20,000. But they said it probably wouldn't take more than a couple days. Not very reassuring.I went with another company that gave me a higher upfront estimate, but it covered the entire job.

I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋

I called this company for service after seeing so many good reviews on Google. They were very quick to come out, however they hounded me for my credit card number before they came out. I mean I told them I would call back in 15 minutes, and they called me back in 5 minutes. I was told repeatedly that wants to technician was there and diagnose the problem, he would call me with an estimate and let me know what needed to be repaired. This did not happen. It wasn't until the next day when I called the company to inquire about what was wrong, that I was told I had an $860 invoice. They claimed the toilet was previously installed incorrectly( four years ago ). And they also claim that they pulled the toilet repaired a broken flange and put the toilet back all within a half an hour. I don't buy it. Maybe they changed a wax ring, but there is no way they repaired a flange that fast. Furthermore, when I called them, I told them we weren't sure what was leaking, and they went ahead and repair the toilet, without authorization, and left a note saying that the tub also has a slow leak. Why wasn't that fix? Why wasn't I contacted about that? I've called twice and cannot get a call back from.a Manager or owner.Absolute worst experience I have had with a plumber. I manage 13 properties in Oakland County and I've never experienced such unprofessional service.

$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.
