I had absolutely terrible service from Nelson Bros. They came to address a variety of plumbing issues on my home and were never prepared with items they needed to actually fix the issue. Which is convenient considering they charge a fee just to come out. Then on the 2nd appointment they did not fix the problem and had a horrible attitude when I called less than 12 hours later to let them know the problem was not resolved. They did finally agree not to charge the fee on the follow up but when the tech came out he did not have the necessary items to fix the problem (again), plus he tore into my wall and told me it would be a major repair. When I had another plumber come out to give me a free estimate- he told me he could fix it for appx $70 (instead of $700). Never again.

I received fantastic, same-day service from Hover's master plumber Carl. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, with 19 years of experience. He was very efficient, and the installation of my new water heater was completed in less than 90 minutes. I appreciate that he focused on what he was contracted to do, and did not burden me with sales pitches for other products and services. Hover has nothing to worry, because I will be using them in the future based on today's very positive experience. I highly recommend them. Ask for Carl!

I was delighted to hear that they were open and available to come over the day before Easter. Gave me a Guaranteed two hour window that they would arrive. And, Guaranteed that they would be able to clear the kitchen sink blockage...... They Never showed, and Never called. :(... I tried calling but the voicemail was full! Couldn't even leave a msg. That's two USELESS guarantees. The kid sounded young but hopeful. I won't use his name as he knows I'm talking about him. Lives and learns kid. Never EVER guarantee what you can't deliver. Always factor in the unknowns. AND... ALWAYS. ALWAYS call if you're not going to hit the target time of arrival. I could have called someone else if i'd have known, now we have to wait till Monday due to the holiday.

Randy from Even Flow Plumbing was on time, courteous and efficient. He knew exactly how to remedy the problem. He snaked out all my drains for one price (per Jim), and everything is now running clean and clear. The job was finished in an hour. Honest, reasonable, professional and conscientious. Had Bison plumbing install 2 faucets and repair 2 toilets, Patrick completed the work, was very knowledgeable and explained each requirement and charge as he completed the job. He did excellent work and assured me if I had any issues they would come back within 30 days and repair any issues free of charge. It has been 48 hours and no issues. I would highly recommend Bison if you are looking for timely and quality plumbing.
