Did a good job replacing two valves in a difficult situation. Will call in future for any plumbing projects.

Office staff was very nice and polite. Had an appointment between 12 and 2 was told there technician would call before he arrives. 215 comes so my wife calls to see if she missed there call, they said no sorry but the tech was running late. 245 and he shows up with out a call wife takes him to basement tells him where the clean outs were he looked at her and ohh I'm not snaking out the drains they can send someone else out for that goes to his truck grabs a pipe wrench goes back downstairs taps on one of the clean out caps tells her he can't get it walks out to his truck and just pulls away. THANKS EDWARD thats his name. Would never recommend him ever and will never call them again. I work with municipalities and watermains voices and reviews travel quick.

They were totally unable to fix our problem. Paid them $300 to replace the flame sensor because they said we needed it. He replaced that and he still couldn’t get the furnace to work. So the next day he called wanting to come back for a third time, but this time he wanted us to allow him to replace both the memory board ($700)and something else for $300, yet he wanted to be clear that those would be attempts to fix what MAY Be wrong. He said he had called Lennox many times for advice but was unable to get through, so he was assuming it were going to be one of the two suggested parts. He was totally clueless! After that I told him not to come back until he can tell me what the problem actually is. I could’ve watched a YouTube video and called Lennox myself if I wanted to shoot aimlessly into the dark and hope throwing parts at it would eventually stick. 🙄

I had the best experience with this company! Plumbing issues are always a hassle to deal with but George surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend!

Amazing.. Adam, Max, Dave, hands down the best.. professional, courteous, amazingly clean, very impressed.
Called a few places... they did not return my call,, so heard of plumbing now.. called them in the morning.. had same day service.. they came to my home told them the problems there were three.. started repairs.. they also had items needed in there van.. toilet problem...put a new toilet in.. leaking faucet in kitchen ..replace that.. issues with tub drain they replace the drain and I had the fixtures also replace..I was totally surprised they had all I needed on them.. which is the best.. took only a few hours.. and I am so happy.
Definitely give this company a call for you plumbing .. and ask for Adam , Max and Dave this trio worked and cleaned.. and saved my day.

Called this plumber. He came right away. Said I needed a drain cleaned. OK. Then he said he cleaned two. I paid him. Gave him a nice tip. He said problem was taken care of. The next day, I was experiencing the same problem. I call him (Washington Quinn) and he told me he would come back out for a charge. For the same problem? He was very rude and hung up on me three times. He did not leave a receipt. Now he won't answer my calls. Now all I want is my receipt. I will call another plumber. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! PS- He bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson - got a goody bag. Nice kid but - to work? Will never use this plumber again-nor tell anyone else to!!!!

Great service, Anthony came out to fix a problem another plumbing company, that left a mess and we were recommended to contact Bubby's and they came out right away fixed the issue within in an hour they were very professional, friendly and very knowledable knew how to fix the issue right away. They will definetly be our next call if we ever need them again. Great Job Bubby's. Thank you so much for coming out and fixing our issue was a big relief.

Lied about changing drain trap changed 1500 dollars and did not fix the problem the two blacks guys the fat one and a skinny are one con artists and take advantage of customers

The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with...they don't follow up, they don't return calls. They have memory loss when you finally get in touch with them. Worse yet, they are dishonest.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

Your company has been doing some work on Orchard Street in Wyandotte. I found over 20 cigarette butts in front of my house from your crew. Disgusting and it shows a lack of respect for my neighborhood. I'm not inclined to use your company. Ever.
