The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Jennifer quickly gave us appointment options that weren’t scheduled too far out, and Kyle showed up pretty close to when he promised, and completed the work efficiently and effectively. We called at 8:30 this morning and were told they didn't know if they could get to us today but would try. Someone was at our house within an hour and a half. He fixed the problem quickly and competently. Very pleasant and affordable considering the conditions he had to work in with the temperature and going into the crawl space.

I have used Mango several times. I have had a new jot water heater installed, faucets changed, and they have fixed clogged drains! I highly recommend this company.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
