Been having issues with out 30+ year old toilet for a year or so now. They came the morning it completely broke and had it fixed by 2pm! Normally we'd have to wait a day or two for a guy to come, but they installed a brand new toilet and fixed the issues (disgusting build ups in pipes from literally decades of use). Quick and promp, very professional and friendly service from the two gentleman who came, one was the owner (If you are reading this, I apologize for being terrible with names). Can't thank you guys enough!

Ripping customers off, no reciepts dont do the job but demand to be paid after causing more damage leaving their snake stuck in drain an refusing to remove it. Causing foot of sewage to back in basement very rude tryin to extort more money

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We used bubbys plumbing to fix our sanitary line. We called him in the morning and he was there within the hour. He spent all day working to fixed it because he was determined to get it up and working. We was exceptional and we highly recommend him

I been doing service with you for a long time. But this last visit wasn't good . i was told you would be at my house 2 3 hrs never showed up i call back they said they b there by 6. Never showed up. I had to call the next day they claimed it was a mixed up. And they apologize and they was doing to send someone out. They did 4hrs later. If i had no warranty i would had call someone else.

I like going to st. Florian church on Sunday at the 12:30 Mass because it gives me a piece of mind and I feel great when I walk out of church also I'm next to my mother is 94 years old and that's who gives me all my spire Asian thank

The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with...they don't follow up, they don't return calls. They have memory loss when you finally get in touch with them. Worse yet, they are dishonest.

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Small job (needed two outside faucets replaced). Called and got an appt about a week out (not bad at all).James was the plumber that came out, and was EXCELLENT. Great guy, very professional. James walked me through what he was doing, cost, etc... and while he was here, also tested the main shutoffs in the house, as well as explained an outside drain access to me. All in all, I was very happy with the service - couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to come out. It's the little extras that really go a long way.We will definitely keep Cregger Plumbing in mind if/when needed in the future.

I have used Tru Flo twice since I bought my house. The first time was okay however a little pricey. He did suggest putting in a sewer access in my backyard to help if any more issues occurred. That was very helpful. Fast forward almost 2 years and the tree roots came back full force. So had to call back and request service. WILL is the plumber that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick and even said he would come back out if anything else. He Fixed it so didn't have to call back. They said they would be out in an hour or less. They kept there word. With the new access from last time made it easier and faster. I would highly recommend Will and Tru Flo Plumbing. Not sure what the 1st plumber name was but if you call ask for WILL. I guarantee you will be very happy with his work and professionalism. He told me a price before starting and kept his word to the penny!!!! You can even use coupons. Look in the phone book.

The level of service and professionalism by this company is top notch! The prices are the cheapest in the area and they provide the very best service! Recently had a water heater installed same day by Russ, whom was very professional, polite, and explained everything to me from A-Z. He did fantastic work. Great technician, and a great company! This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
