It's tough to find those two qualities in a business today. After seeing the professional work Ken did...I wouldn't even imagine going with another company for my future plumbing needs.

No respect for your time. Keep looking.Problem needed a second call. I get it, not everything is resolved the first time, no problem. Was told I'd pay again for the same work that was done the first time + additional work. I was a little off-put but needed it fixed so I scheduled. Day of appointment, they don't show up and don't call. They also say they stopped by and no one was home when we call them. Certainly not true. If you can't make it, call. If you miss the appointment, don't lie to me and tell me you came by. No call + no show + no integrity = no job.

I have used Roto-Rooter twice in the last 3 years. They are amazing - timely, professional, courteous- and they communicate very well. Tech 673 - Red and Tech 453 - Mark - were truly amazing. Something was not quite right - they took it apart and redid it until it was perfect!! I am so happy with their service!! I highly recommended using Roto-Rooter!!

We hire these guys to checkup the furnace before winter season, and the tech told us everything is ok. After 10 days, we turned on to discover the ignitor did not start immediately. We called him back, and they came the very next day and ran it for sometime and got it working again without any additional charge. They are great people!

We had a broken drain in our house last week and need to get it fixed ASAP as we are waiting for a visitor. And they showed up within a reasonable amount of time to call and quickly resolved the issue.
