Best Plumbing System Issues in Detroit MI

Nelson Brothers never dissapoint! I use them for all my water jetting/snaking needs and major plumbing issues. They always get the job done efficiently and professionally! Chris and Ed are great at what they do.

Great group of guys that came out to help me after my kitchen sink literally collapsed and fell out. They worked with the new products (sink and faucet) that I purchased and were very upfront, honest, and personable.
I can't say I was thrilled with the cost, but if the work is quality and lasts, then I have absolutely no complaints!

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

OUTSTANDING performance and results. Very professional looking, work in total sync with one another to get the job done fast. Beautiful work on a barricaded hard to reach broken drain trap that leaked 100sqft of water everywhere. JOB WELL DONE!

Ron the Plumber is the only plumber you'll ever need. Fantastic guy doing excellent work. Will definitely call again and very highly recommend.

Had to call three times to get service. Cregger did a fantastic job with our Hot Water Heater but the delays for our faucet install was disappointing. Normally we don't mind the more expensive cost rates that Cregger charges, but our sink hardware still doesn't work correctly. Unsatisfied.

Michael was nice and professional and he got the job done when considering he was working with pipes and handles that are 50+ years old.

Very dissatisfying and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place at all I would recommend they go out of business the plumber called prior to a job expressing his concerns about getting paid without accessing the job on top of wanting me to know about his children in the back seat an how they have to eat very uncalled for why tell a potential customer about how people have cheated him out of $20000 TMI BE AWARE

I had a simple drain problem they charged me $475.00

I should of called rotor rooters fix price of $125.00

So I have to be honest, I didn't call Five Guys first! I called one of their competitors three miles from my home and was told there would be a fee of $90 just to come out and take a look at my issue. They assured me that the fee would be incorporated into the cost of the job if I chose to go with them. Well I thanked the young lady for her time and said I might call back if I couldn't find anyone else. So I called Five Guys and got a call back from Darren shortly after. I explained what I thought the problem was and, he asked me to text him some pictures of the pipe in question. He quoted me a price right there on the spot and I asked how soon he could start. He was over not too long after that and knocked the job out in no time. I won't get on here and tell anyone how to run their business but, I will give my $dollars$ and a positive review to a business that I think is doing thing correctly. I could gamble $90 dollars and hope the other company gave me a fair price or go with Five Guys and make an informed decision. The choice was easy. Thanks again Darren.
