Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

I needeed a plumber who worked with Home Warranty companies....I called a few and it seemed to be difficult to get one that was willing to work with the warranty company. But, when I called Mango the guy was very friendly and mentioned that he worked with them before. Russ was the plumber who came out, he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I was very impressed and from now on I will be calling Mango (hopefully I wont need a plumber anytime soon but if I do they will be my choice).

Great customer service, every issue addressed in a timely fashion, David was quick to answering every call and text and provided pictures and videos. The prices for service were very reasonable!!

I hired theses people because they claimed to be “local”. It turns out local means 1 1/2 hours away. Strike 1! I specifically requested they bring specific equipment with them for a specific job. They showed up more than 2 hours late( with no call to explain) WITHOUT the proper equipment I specifically requested. Strike 2! Because they were so far away, they had to reschedule for the next day, because they had to go back to the shop to get said equipment. They then showed up more than 1 1/2 hours late again with no phone call. Strike 3! They were nice enough, but when they completed the job 48 minutes later, they presented me with a bill for $1148.50 for jetting out the outdoor drain. I expressed concern about the amount, and they told me it was usually over $1400. Strike 4!? I called the office soon after to express my disappointment, and to try and find out why it was so much. I was promised a supervisor would call me back, but never received a call back. I called again, and am still awaiting a call back. Strike 5!? To be honest, I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone ever again! This experience had left a bad taste in my mouth. To make it worse, this job was done for a nonprofit organization in Fenton, MI.

I've used this company in the past. Very professional business. As with my last time with them, they were on time, they explained the problem and what needed to be done. They always explain my options and cost before any work is done. The worker today was polite and efficient in Is executing his work task. I highly recommend everyone use this company they are top-notch
