Great experience with Nelson Bros. Can't remember gentleman's name who scheduled my work but he was very courteous & called to communicate timing of technician. Jesse the technician came and completed number of repairs, extremely professional, thorough and quick. Compared to other companies the bill was very reasonable to boot! I would definitely & highly recommend Nelson Bros.

They showed up within 20 minutes and had my issue fixed within an hour or so. Thank you very much for service!

The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

These guys came out very quickly for an emergency sewer issue. Service was great!

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with this business recently this May. The team called ahead, arrived on time, solved the issue and provided us with information that other businesses were unwilling or unable to provide. Highly recommend. Professional and prompt = repeat business.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

Once again I had a very positive experience with Cregger. The first visit didn't do it but they came back 10 days later and made it right. No charge! This is a reputable business. I've meet Brian a couple of times now. Feel safe with Brian on the job.

Had a minor sewer emergency in on of my rentals in detroit. Poronga came out the same night and unclogged my the sewer for my tenant. They even cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Adrian and Paul for the quick response.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋

Highly recommended. I called Calhoun's out of the blue about a broken shower faucet and a backed-up drain. Within a few days, my shower was fixed and my drain was clear. Each person I interacted with was friendly and professional, and the price was affordable.
