Best Plumbing Contractor in Detroit MI

I am pleased with the Hoover service expert, Scott Jazowski & his assistant. I needed a furnace check as well as hot water tank replacement. Scott explained other things needed for safety. I was given options of jobs Hoover could do & those that were most important to be done soon. They were kind & very professional.

Amazing experience, especially for a holiday/Sunday. Flooded basement to draining in minutes, they saved the day. They found the problem in mear minutes and replaced the necessary parts provided amazing customer service! Thank you Bubby!!

Well after calling 8 plumbing companies after a serious storm affected many homes in the area. I was able to reach Iron Pipe Sewers and
D Drains booked appt same day. Friwndly yet professional Repairman arrived early and fixed our hot water heater that was quoted by others up to 3x the costs with a 3-7 day wait.
Couldn't be happier to have hot water same day!
Will definitely be keeping this service in mind for future work. Thank you so much.

Starting with Miss. Kristine , she was so charming and a delight to talk to. She answered the phone with a smile which you could see through the phone. Scheduled same day appt and Dan showed up promptly. He was so nice and pleasant. Took care of the problem within the hour. He was actually smiling while snaking the toilet. Who does that? 😄 Highly recommend!

Jim and Joel did my kitchen plumbing after I got a new countertop. They were courteous and professional, did a wonderful job on the plumbing as well as cleaning up. I will call them again for my plumbing needs and would recommend them.

Service was excellent. Was expecting a delay due to holiday. Bison plumbing was able to come out sooner than I would’ve thought. The Plumber and Apprentice were able to make my appointment earlier than the set time. Weren’t what I would call friendly at all. Though it is hot and have to wear masks. I think that can be excused. Moving forward I will use Bison Plumbing.Cost was explained when I called and again when Plumber arrived. None of this bait and switch. Which is appreciated.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
