I received fantastic, same-day service from Hover's master plumber Carl. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, with 19 years of experience. He was very efficient, and the installation of my new water heater was completed in less than 90 minutes. I appreciate that he focused on what he was contracted to do, and did not burden me with sales pitches for other products and services. Hover has nothing to worry, because I will be using them in the future based on today's very positive experience. I highly recommend them. Ask for Carl!

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

Brian Buck was terrific. He was on time, called before coming telling me when he would be here. Diagnosed the problem. I had same problem several times before some techs just said Its a Kenmore we can't get parts and left. Brian said that he was old school found the parts had to order the parts. He was really nice and told the person needed the parts now because I had no Hot Water. Being a senior I really appreciated this. He was able to get the parts and come back the next day. Installed the new parts that a previous person couldn't get nor even tried. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you so much Brian.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap
