If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

I had them install a tankless water heater and they do really nice work and are very fairly priced. It's nice to see a contractor that takes the time to explain how the job is going to be performed (where they'll mount the unit, where pipes will be routed, etc.). They also offered to do the job in either pex or copper I chose copper to match the existing plumbing. The pipes were all run parallel to each other and everything was tucked away neatly close to the wall where nobody will run into them. Very satisfied.

I had an emergency water leak in my basement.... on a Sunday!! I called other Metro Detroit plumbers, who wanted to charge $150+ just to come out!!! Iron Pipe Sewer & Drain offered me an affordable price for a Sunday, came out quickly, and took care of my problem!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue in Metro Detroit.

Service was very professional and informative. Jeff walked me through his procedure and my options, made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Very transparent in their business practice.
During the service, he was very clean. Wore shoe covers as he entered the house, and brought his own matting while he worked. Also cleaned up and put everything back to the way it was.
After fixing my kitchen drain problem, Jeff walked me through some preventative measures, maintenance options and recommendations to keep an eye on some other issues that may come up in the future.
