I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

I highly recommend Motor City plumbing!!! We had them do a few things for us- install a new outdoor faucet for the hose, replaced and installed a brand new sump pump with a water back up system, and the biggest headache we asked them to do was clean out our entirely clogged backyard drain. Not only did they clean out the mud and clay filled drain, but they also replaced the basin completely and gave us a new drain cover. AND hauled away the mess they dug out. Every job was done quickly and efficiently. We are so relieved to have all of this work done within a week and can’t say enough good things about this company! They were genuinely nice people to talk to, not to mention very knowledgeable. We have found our go to plumbing company!!! 5 stars!

Ray has been coming to our rescue for the last three or four years. He's always friendly, personable, and professional. He has performed a number of plumbing jobs for us from the very small - like replacing a toilet flipper or garbage disposal - to more intense jobs like having to cut and repair a main drain that wasn't properly installed in the first place. He does a lot of jobs in a day, and the nature of plumbing is that not all jobs go according to plan; so if he's running behind, he stays in touch so I know when to expect him. I'd recommend Brock's to anyone in the metro area needing a good, honest plumber who charges reasonable prices for quality work.

Worst company to deal with, do not use. They changed a heat gas valve and gas valve in my home that is a rental. They charged me almost 1300 dollars to replace parts that costed 100 dollars. They left the property with gas leaks still in my system. Their tech named jamie tells tenant he will be back tomorrow but tells dispatcher he completed the job. The job according to another licensed individual stated if at most shouldnt have costed 600 to do all the work involved. Very unprofessional company!

$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.
