The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

Came and did the job, but extremely unprofessional, felt downright rude. Technician basically said just 3 things entire visit -- asked where something was, how we're paying, and our zip code. After the job he went to the car, sat in the driver's seat, then motioned us to walk out of our home to go and pay him there.No communication at all what was wrong, what he did, or even if it was fixed. We just assumed it was done because he asked for payment, but wifey wanted me to come home and check first before running anything. We didn't find out what was done until I read the notes on the emailed invoice later in the day.Originally we thought this guy was just having a rough day, it happens. But once we had to walk out to the truck to pay, we knew it was just his aloof personality showing.We really wanted to ask about pricing out a new water heater to replace our Montgomery Ward unit, but we were as interested in speaking with him about it as he seemed to be there, so we will be contacting other companies instead.Thanks for clearing our drain, but that's it for us. Our expectations on service run just a tad bit higher.

Scotty arrived in a timely manner, quickly and efficiently got to work, and unclogged the sink drain in under an hour. I was disappointed to learn that the coupon I had was not accepted, but really cant complain about the service, top notch! Thank you again Scotty and the whole team at MC Plumbing & Drain!!

These guys are two for two on jobs at our residence! The most impressive part is the timeliness, same day service both times. This past week they assisted with changing our outside spigot that had a leak & was going to be causing bigger problems this winter. Scott came out this visit, Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely recommend these guys!

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

I manage a Goldfish Swim School and called on Wednesday evening as we were having trouble with 2 of our toilets backing up regularly over the past few days. Columbus was promptly here on Thursday morning and I was first blown away by his overall demeanor. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and carried himself with the utmost professionalism. Also, he was very easy to communicate with and listened intently at the problems we were having. Columbus also took the time to walk with me throughout the facility (inside and outside our building even!) so that he had a complete understanding of our facility and our other building's tenants as we share the space with 3 other businesses. He also educated me on so many things from our building tying into the city's main line to showing me detailed video of what he discovered. Columbus was able to provide me and our school's owner very specific details of our problems and also presented a very proactive approach to ensure we can prevent backups. Finally, Columbus understood and was extremely sympathetic to our school's members and made sure that the work he was doing didn't interfere with our business and also took extreme caution, keeping our member's safety in mind the entire time he was here. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Columbus to anyone and would like to say, Kudos to Roto-Rooter for employing such a wonderful person! Thank you so much, Columbus!

Great experience...Very Knowledgeable and dependable!!

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
