I called Plumbing Now during an emergency plumbing situation one
Saturday morning. True to their word on not believing in voice mail,
Sandy answered the phone right away. In a very short time, she was able
to calm me down, explain all the pricing and assure me she would have
someone out right away. I told her I had left a voicemail for another
company and she said it was understandable in my situation to go with
whichever company could get there first and to let her know if I needed
to cancel them. Sandy called back a couple of times to keep me updated on the wait time and was pleasant and professional every time. Needleless to say, the other company never called me back and Plumbing Now got the job and any and all future jobs I might need.
Adam and Max were the first team I had the pleasure to meet. They made sure I understood the pricing and went right to work fixing the issue at hand. They explained that while they fixed the issue at present, it would most likely happen again as my plumbing is extremely outdated. Before they left, they gave me some estimates for what needed to be done and explained their Diamond Club program.
Not long after this, I decided to have them come back and do the necessary updates to my plumbing. This time I got to meet Mark and
David. Once again, they came out right away and ended up doing quite a
big job on the spot as they had all parts they needed and some time to
do it. Long story short, all is good now! I was very impressed with the
work and the people. They were all professional, pleasant and even
funny. I definitely recommend them!

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Avoid this place at all costs! This company is a total waste of time and money.I called Edwards about a clogged drain issue. Water was backing up into my shower and toilet, and since I only have one bathroom in my home, I needed it fixed ASAP. This company was the first one to show up on a Google search and they were open 24/7, which was important because it was late at night and I needed a plumber immediately, so I chose to call this company. I agree with another reviewer, they must have a call center located outside the US because it was very difficult to communicate with and understand what the person on the other end of the phone was saying. Eventually we got it worked out, and a plumber was able to come to my home pretty quickly.The plumber himself was very professional and pleasant guy, or so I thought. He was at my home for approximately 3 hours and worked hard the entire time he was here. He wasn't able to get the problem fixed that night, but he told me that they would have another plumber come in the morning to finish the job. I thought that was reasonable, I understand that he's not a magician. So he cleaned up after himself and left. Shortly after he left my home, I noticed that a large part of my bathroom floor was gouged and damaged. I know that he saw the damage – he did a good job cleaning up the floor after he was done snaking the pipe. But he left without saying a word about it. So that’s problem number 1.In the morning, I didn’t hear from Edwards, so I decided to call them at 10am. I asked the person on the line if the plumber would be at my place before 1pm. He said that he would be able to. I work during the day, so I had to take time off to stay home and wait for the plumber to come. 1pm came and went without a plumber showing up. So I called them back. They said that I was next in line and that the plumber would be there soon. 5pm comes, I call them back and they ask if they can see me the next day. I told them absolutely not, I paid for an emergency service and they are taking their sweet time getting the job done. I finally got a call from them at about 6:30 saying that there is no way a plumber could see me today and that they would have a plumber at my home the following day. So that’s problem number 2.So now I have damaged floors from Edwards, wasted time off work, and my pipe is still clogged. I called another company to finish the job.

Dishonest! Do not let these guys in your house.

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

I recently had Best Plumbing out to take care of a major sewer backup in my basement. Julian and Jordan were fast and did a fantastic job! They removed the 90 year old traps on my sanitary and storm lines and installed cleanouts as well as backflow valves. Before sealing it all up, they made sure my drains were completely clear all the way out to the city sewer main. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing work done!

Asked for a full house plumbing inspection, recommendation, and estimate as part of a home-buying process. I and was blown away! Same-day service, super knowledgeable technician (Ryan), and very professional. Will definitely be hiring them if we buy the place :)

Did a great job

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
