One of my family members had an issue with the furnace. Another company diagnosed the furnace and advised it needed to have something replaced. Two days later on a bitter cold day, January 21, 2019, Budget Plumbing Heating and Cooling diagnosed the issue and within 5 minutes of arrival the furnace was repaired. The furnace only needed to be reset. Budget Plumbing Heating and Cooling (Kenny) is professional, polite and knowlegeable in this field. Budget saved my family a lot of money. Blessings!!!!

I had a emergency backed up sewer in the basement will be following up to schedule a appointment to get it repaired I had other jobs done by Cregger, and was very pleased.

I called American Home Shield home warranty to have my A/C repaired. They gave me Home Service Corp as the company to perform the repairs. I waited over 24 hrs for a call never received a call. I called Home Service Corp myself and though I was going to get good service when I was told they would have a tech out that afternoon. When the tech arrived I informed him the problem I was having and he(the tech) insisted he knew what the problem was. I had to leave for an appointment and asked him to perform the repair the correct way without any short cuts as it was a covered item on my contract.
About 20 minuted later I received a call from my mother in law stating the guy has left and said it was repaired. I asked her if he left any paperwork on the repair and was told he didnt leave anything nor did she sign anything.
Later that evening when I arrived home I went to the basement to see if there were leaks and noticed a drill hole in the drain line at the 90and loose screws on top of the unit.
The next day i called and spoke to the receptionist informed her on what happened and was told that was the correct repair. I asked her to shouw me where it states to drill a hole in a closed line and leave it open. I requested to speak to a manager and was told he would contact me the next day. I did not receive a call in till I called and complained and disputed the service call with my warrenty company. Again i spoke to the lady from before and requested a call from the manager in charge. She asked me if I would like to have the tech return to look at my concerns and I told her NO I did not want him back I wanted a call from the manager.
This all happened at the end of June and I still have not received a call from the manager. I put a call into American Home Shield and they are going to have the file over to the dispute department as there was no prior authorization to even peform the repair that he did.

Brock's Plumbing has been my go-to for 10+ years, during which time Ray Brock has installed sump pumps (and replaced ones under warranty at no cost), backup water-driven sump pumps, water heaters, toilets, faucets, and much more in my house. He's totally upfront, fair, and knowledgeable far beyond just plumbing - he and a colleague saved my furnace several years ago for minimal work after I was told I needed a NEW furnace by a big HVAC company. Great guy, great company, great service... I call him first about anything home-repair related; he'll always give me great advice. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Our sump pump failed last night and they replaced it this morning. We were the first of their calls which I appreciated.

So far I will not recommend this place to anybody. We have been waiting for nearly 6 hours for our appointment. Still waiting.....and now at 8:30 pm he says he cannot do it today. wth?
