Kenny was very professional he was having a pleasure to work with he assisted me with both of my AC units . Him and team came right in and solved the problem . He was on time which I loved. He worked with my budget and also went above and beyond for me . Great service

We had a storm water broken pipe. He came quick to check the problem. Got the quote by email, described everything he would do, in terms I could understand. I liked I could accept the quote in the same e-mail because of the system he uses.
They worked clean, replaced the broken pipe and a bit more at no extra cost for me, which it was great, since we spent already money on this repair before.
He checked a temporary repair I had in my sump pump, because of my broken pipe. Explained what to do about it in words I could understand.
Overall great experience. Definitely would recommend him and if needed, we'll use this company again.

My mother had an emergency leak on a Sat night and my brother had to shut of the main water valve due to older piping in my mom’s home that shutting off could have caused worst problems. My mom is 86 & could not make it to Monday without water. I call Cregger and that God they serviced Detroit (many do not). Derek Mackie arrived promptly Sunday and fixed the leak and got my moms water turned back on. Derrick advised my brother & mom and was professional, empathetic & sympathetic to ensuring my elderly mother was taken care of. The emergency cost for coming out on a Sunday was not cheap, but worth every penny for reasons I noted. Lastly! Thank you Cregger for servicing Detroit where good people who need your services live.

My grandmother was in desperate need of a plumber, she previously had some work done. She was OVER CHARGED and they made the problem worse than it originally was by breaking a cable off in the sewer line and never disclosed that information to her. I was referred to Brock’s plumbing by a friend. My worry was that she would be ripped off again. Mr. Ray of Brock’s plumbing came in and ran a camera through the sewer and told us what the problem was. He explained everything so that my grandmother and I understood. Not only did they show up on time, Mr. Brock and his employees were professional and they got the job done!!!!!! Thanks again Brock’s plumbing.

Very disappointed. Used them in the past and this time employee refused to perform service and was rude and unprofessional. They won't be getting any business from us anymore. Company laughed it off when I complained like they knew this happens with this employee.
