The tech. was very through, & friendly. Very satisfied. Quit pricey, may or may not call again because of the price.

Called Mark on a weekend, and he suggested I wait until Monday since he knew what the problem was and that it could wait until Monday - saved me a higher service fee. When he got there Monday he sent me pics of what was wrong, and he asked if he could proceed - he was correct in that the pipes were galvanized and required replacement. He asked if he could proceed, and the work was completed right then - within the hour, happy tenants again. Would recommend them - very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with.

You definitely get knowledge and experience with this company. I worked with Leo and I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. He clearly knows his way around the older bungalow style homes in this area. I've dealt with a other plumbers in Allen Park and they will typically try to sell you everything under the stars. Leo brought his experience to the table and recommended the direct solution (he didn't try to pad his pocket). He gained my trust right away. Brian replaced my Sump pump which had failed sending water across my basement floor.They were responsive and communicated their arrival time, which was helpful.When asked to wear a mask Brian complied and insisted he wear shoe covers, which was the right thing to do.This was more of an emergency situation, so I can't speak to cost as I didn't get multiple estimates.It would have been less expensive to handle myself (which I could have) but then I would have had to do the work myself, right?Unfortunately, after the repair there was a small leak at one of the joints, and Brian had to come back first thing the following AM to repair.While they were responsive and took care of the issue, leaks are things plumbers should be fixing, not leaving behind.

The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.

New Center did the plumbing for me in a carriage house on the west side. Apparently they usually only do commercial jobs, but the contractor handling my build out knew a guy who knew the owner. I think my job helped the owner fill some open time in the schedule between some larger commercial jobs. They were professional and did the work well and showed up when they said they would, even during COVID times when it is near impossible to get professionals to your house. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that after finishing all the work they didn't clean up well (dirt in the shower, handprints on the walls). Not a huge deal on otherwise good service.
