Water heater started leaking Sunday afternoon. I called Allen Park & Heating and left a message, not expecting call back until Monday morning. Leo called back within a couple of hours. I explained the problem he quoted me a price and said he would be over to replace water heater between 9:00 and 10:00 Monday morning. He arrived just around 9:00 a.m. and job was completed in just a matter of hours. Very happy with service. This is the third time we've had Allen Park plumbing work in our home and I wouldn't want anyone else but Leo doing work here. Highly recommended!

Great service, Anthony came out to fix a problem another plumbing company, that left a mess and we were recommended to contact Bubby's and they came out right away fixed the issue within in an hour they were very professional, friendly and very knowledable knew how to fix the issue right away. They will definetly be our next call if we ever need them again. Great Job Bubby's. Thank you so much for coming out and fixing our issue was a big relief.

UPDATE as of 10/28/2022 - Cregger Plumbing reached out to me to attempt to make right the issues noted below. Another plumber was sent out that same day to re-evaluate, and a plan was made. Two weeks later, we were finally scheduled and the drain work was completed. During the installation, the P-trap pipe was cracked, which wasn't noticed until after the plumber left. I will likely replace this myself.ORIGINAL -Service tech was called out to estimate repair for sink drain piping. Tech was unreceptive to information about the problem and couldn't elaborate on what his plan was to perform repairs, but requested carte blanche to cut as much of the existing cabinets out as he felt was necessary. When I asked him to show me how much he was thinking instead of granting him blanket permission, tech snipped that it would be as much as he needed. Tech then stated he would ask someone else at the company to look at the project and abruptly left.Not very cooperative or helpful.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Owner Jerome Morgan very rude. So dude I’m not sure why he’s still in business. But I do know he’s connected to the kwame campaign. They still giving him jobs and he don’t know what he’s doing. All factual

Plumbing started backing up, called Motown, and they were out withing a couple hours to snake my drain. Turned out, the drain plumbing under the basement wall had completely collapsed. This was on a Thursday. By Saturday, he had the inside drain pipes AND outside drain pipes replaced. Since the outside had to be dug out, I opted to have them also install a sewer backflow valve, so that if the sewers back up, like in years past, my house is protected. Quick, honest, and reasonable. They kept me updated throughout the process of what they were doing and what was required. They are now my first call for any future plumbing work.
