Have used Hoover for a water heater replacement and a minor gas leak. Great service, quick response. Servicemen are efficient and knowledgeable. Will use again!

Can't complain about service, but WAY OVER PRICED.

Had a basement toilet and shower backing up. Tenant was told on the phone that we'd be looking at $89 for the service call and at most $400 (total) to fix the problem - assuming there wasn't a larger issue such as roots in the sewer line, etc.

Upon arriving (and thus already costing $89) we were told that snaking and camera inspection was only done at a fixed cost of $489. They know you're in a spot having the water turned off in the building and tenants impatiently waiting - and they take advantage of that.

15 minutes later, they were done and cleaned up. They were not able to do the camera inspection yet the price was still $489. So they are effectively charging $1956/hour for snaking (plus tax!).

Look around first, you can find other plumbers who can snake and inspect a line for less than $489 for 15 minutes of work.

I will not be doing any further business with Plumbing Now.

They showed up within 20 minutes and had my issue fixed within an hour or so. Thank you very much for service!

Punctual and professional. The company responded to our call quickly and arrived to fix the matter within an hour. The technician explained the procedure in detail prior to performing and work is under warranty. Highly recommend this service.

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

These guys came out very quickly for an emergency sewer issue. Service was great!

They came out the day I called for the estimate and did the job the next morning. Excellent job.

They arrived after I called a few times. They didn't let me know how soon or later a plumber would be coming.
When he arrived, he had his son , or a young man around 18yrs old, did most of the work. Then the large man, the plumber, came in the house to do the plumbing work.
They didn't seem interested in explaining the process and how to prevent future clogging. The plumber was quick to get back to his truck, where he was on his cell phone and a small girl, about 6yrs old, was in the back seat, playing.
The price was $100 for snaking the main drain, but that just seemed the regular rate for that service.
I would recommend them again, but I would prefer another plumber that had all his attention on his plumbing job and not bring his children to the job site. Sincerely.

With the extremely cold weather Sunday night, my water pipe froze and burst not far beyond the water meter in my basement. Ryan was out within 30 minutes of my call and fixed my burst pipe very quickly. Excellent and honest service. Very grateful! Thank you.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
