Excellent service. Had a flooded basement and they were quick to come to my house and snake my sewer. The price was only $75.00 - Same service a year earlier by Roto-Rooter was $270.00 I feel thankful to have found Mr. Poronga.

Best decision I made. I had a broken pipe and the insurance company sent out their 'experts' (contracted plumbers) to inspect and determine cause etc. They took 1 picture and were more interested in getting me a quote for their work. I called Mike at Mango and he came out the same day to do a quote. He determined the cause and investigated the damage, unlike the other guys. He ever so politely explained that the other plumbers idea was a bad idea and then he explained how he could fix it the proper way. His way sounded more involved, but his bid was well below the other guys. I hired him on the spot and he was able to come out 2 days later and fix my issue. While he was in my home he was extremely professional, even stated he might be able to fix it a different way for less, but I opted for the original plan for my own peace of mind. He was even able to do some additional minor things I thought about between my quote and him coming to do the job. I will have him come out again in a week or so to do my new sink/garbage disposal/etc. Hands down best call i made in a long time.

Had an issue with my toilet not flushing and it turned out there was a busted pipe. Motorcity was able to get someone out the same day to diagnose the problem, and had it fixed 2 days later right before the holiday. Josh and Noah did a great job with getting it fixed and went the extra mile with helping me drain the sump pump before the storm. Would recommend this company to everyone! Thank you

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

Dishonest! Do not let these guys in your house.

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

dug.3x3 hole my driveway to.find the issue. They were successful in that aspect. Put maybe a yard of gravel to fill the hole that sank because of what they dug up Drive was unusable for quite some time. Finished the filling myself with gravel I dug up and dirt. They dug the hole and left with no follow up. Not impressed,.especially with no follow up as I watch watching from camera as to not be in the way. They dug, left a huge hole, and walked away.

I had Jim and Joel come and do some repairing in my bathroom. Two of the most nicest, informative, and genuine people I have ever met. They gave me all of my options before I chose which route I wanted to go. They definitely tried to go which way would be most affordable and safest way for me. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Definitely will be going back if I need more work done.

Received service the same day I called. The plumber who came out was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
