Best Drain Leak in Detroit MI

Absurdly overpriced. Call around for a quote before going with this company. I had a sewer back up issue, but I have a history installing sewer and water house services, so I knew what the problem was. I called Plumbing Now and spoke to Mark (the owner) and told him EXACTLY what I needed: A simple snake job to go through the building trap and clear a blockage heading to the main sewer in the road. It wouldn't have been more than 15-20mins of work. Mark quoted me on the phone - get this - $625.00. That is an absolutely absurd rate for a snake job. I called Mr. Rooter, who completed the job in under 30 minutes for $200 all-in. Mark seemed like a nice professional guy, , but that isn't worth a 300%+ premium. That's just taking advantage of people who don't know better.

Great people. Although they came to give me an estimate on some work,, they arrived when my basement started to flood and immediately went to work on draining it. I will do future business with them.

Fixed waste disposal under kitchen sink. Cleaned it neatly. Would definitely recommend them.

Ron was awesome. Very knowledgeable, fixed my sewer and gave me solid advice on some other issues I was having. Can't recommend Iron Pipe enough.

New home owner. Woke up to six feet of sewage/water from recent flooding in metro Detroit. Initially the drains were running ok but slow. Called about a week later came out within two days and even did evening appointment (which I appreciated since I used up almost all my vacation days for flood clean up). Fair price, educated me on the drains and what drains did what, cleaned up before they left. Would use them again without concerns. Definitely would recommend them.

What we thought was simply a clogged toilet turned out to be a much more challenging problem in the sewer line and Derek (the owner) came to make sure the problem was resolved. He was extremely professional, thorough, explained what he was doing the entire way through and was clear on the price - offering a discount because of some minor miscommunication with his answering service. Honest, hard working and excellent pricing. Highly recommend!
