They took the time to explain what was happening and what to do in the future to avoid this from happening again. To me Bubby's has given me hope again about good customer service. They truly made me feel like this wasn't a problem and that they were happy to be able to help. Thanks again Bubby's. Great service today on my furnace. Frank got it working for me. He was polite and professional. You should know, however that I called your company yesterday to report my problem this was at 1 PM. I was informed that someone would be out by 5. That hour passed and I called back only to learn that no one would be able to service my furnace until tomorrow (friday). It was a cold night. I've used Edward's many times in the past. Never had a problem like that. You should keep your customer advised about these things. Do not make the customer seek out the information. Or better yet if you say you'll be out make sure that you are!

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

Called these people in hopes to find a detroit based commercial hvac contrcator.Spoke with Tony Moore of Moore brothers. He asked me to send him my blue prints via email and i did.He replyed saying he did received. One week later still no response. So i decide to call back and asked if that could follow up with me.
Still no reponse two weeks later. Dont waste your time!!!!!!!!!!
