Hoover came by to provide an estimate on a water tank – they do not provide free estimates, be prepared to pay a fee. Quote was way too high compared to others with same water tank size. Thankful that I didn’t use Hoover.

They were quick to have a technician come out to us and Steve our technician went above and beyond to help us he even rebuilt something for the toilet to sit on because the sub flooring was falling apart he was courteous and funny and would recommend him to anyone and also thank you to candy for calling back about the service

I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋

Tried to get a quote from these guys -- they didn't seem to want to provide an accurate quote for a simple residential install/service. Person seemed a little upset that I was even calling.
