I decided to change the kitchen faucet and was up until after 2am trying to remove the female adapter from the wall unit and was not successful. I needed the water back on in the house. I called Mr. Donald Southern around 6am and was able to arrange a time with him to come out and have a look at the problem; turns out the adapter that I was able to remove needed to be replaced. Mr. Southern was able to replace it. All was done in just over an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable of his craft and was punctual. The price for a same day call out was very reasonable. Will be using his service again!

I will like to say that I love the work they did for me and my house it’s so nice looking…. the best part was when my family come over for the holiday they was amazed over all all American plumbing was ever professional and on time every time I call they was Johnny on the spot 👍👍👍

I had a terrible experience with these guys. They first told me they would be showing up between 2-4 p.m. they did a no call no show. After I called they said their guy is one hour away. Still did not show up, finally showed up at 6:30 p.m. they claimed my main sewer line needed replacing and it would be over $3000to fix. Still charged me $113 to clean the main line they did not clean. Called another company they had the problem fixed in just less than 1 hour. When I called their office they said I’m out of luck no refund and to call them back when the line backs up. Do not use them they do not care about you just the money.

I didn’t see my food

Nico was fast, friendly and informative. He cleared our main drain of blockage as well as the floor and slop sink drain. I'm very happy with the high quality of the service and level of expertise.
