I do not recommend this company. We had the worst experience. Besides the fact that he never shows when he says, he DOESN'T stand behind his work! He speaks in circles, if you can get him to return a call. Absolute worst company that I have dealt with as a home owner!! Save yourself the trouble and headache

Highly recommend! I had a plumbing emergency at the same time most of the surrounding areas were flooded and was so afraid I wouldn’t get anyone out for days or weeks and with two small children and nothing draining in my home, that would have been a nightmare. JD was super understanding and him and his team were able to get out and take care of my problem right away and for a great price too! These guys worked hard and fast and were super friendly! Will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs!

I had a plumbing emergency and called a well known plumbing company. When they addressed the problem they had reportedly found $1000's of necessary pipe work that they said had to be done immediately. I called Windsor Emergency Plumbing for a second opinion and they scoped out the problem. It turns out that aside from a couple minor repairs, with no urgency, nothing else needed to be done. Windsor Emergency Plumbing easily saved us thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. This is why we need to support and honour small and independent businesses that build their companies by operating with integrity.

They we're prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and came to repair my furnace same day.

This is 2021. I've called this company 6 or 7 times in the last two weeks and they have yet to respond from the business and the cell phone numbers on my invoices. I've used their services as far back as 2010, 2011 and 2012. This company is located 5 blocks from my home in which I've lived in for 50 years.
If their no longer in business then their name shouldn't be listed. I once owned 5 different businesses.

WARNING Shawn at drainline plumbing is a huge SCAM !! He will take your money and run. He did such an unprofessional job at my home we had to hire a second plumber to correct his work. I’m surprised he even has a business. Basically his business is to take your money. He does not stand by his work. I don’t recommend this company to plunge a toilet.

You blocked me from your phone after we paid you $2550.00 to replace our pipes and cement our floor. The cement never dried and we had to have a new plumber come out to tear up and replace all the pipes you incorrectly installed. I have photos and an invoice from your company.
