They took care of business replaced my main drain from just inside my house to the city hook up and replaced my kitchen drain pipe also installed a back water valve and a secondary outlet on my Sump pump all in about 7 hours thank you guys.

I had water coming up from my basement drain and was worried about how bad this problem could be. My technician was James and he reassured me that he would find the problem. James was very committed and thorough and cleared the blockage which was more complicated than he initially thought. All the while reassuring me he would fix the problem. I'm very appreciative of James being committed to clear the problem and for his professionalism and great customer service. He even cleaned up and did not leave a mess.

Armstrong Plumbing redid our sewer piping from the house to the street sewer in 2016. There were many issues with the job after completion. It took many phone calls and six months for them to come and put more asphalt down in the cut. Most frustrating is that they never closed out the building permit with the city of Waterford and now we can get NO RESPONSE from them despite repeated phone calls over the past 4 months. We are at wits end since there is no way for us to reconcile this unless Armstrong closes their own permit. Do NOT use this business - the price may seem good at first but the headaches are not worth it.

Cheap parts used, wont stand behind their work, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! A 1 star review is to high but it wouldn't let me rate this trash without a rating.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. They first told me they would be showing up between 2-4 p.m. they did a no call no show. After I called they said their guy is one hour away. Still did not show up, finally showed up at 6:30 p.m. they claimed my main sewer line needed replacing and it would be over $3000to fix. Still charged me $113 to clean the main line they did not clean. Called another company they had the problem fixed in just less than 1 hour. When I called their office they said I’m out of luck no refund and to call them back when the line backs up. Do not use them they do not care about you just the money.
