Needed an immediate plumbing job done that day, and all other highly rated plumbing companies were either too busy, or didn’t answer the phone. Windsor Eel (Jesse) not only responded immediately, he sent one of his workers to my house within 2 hours, fixed the issue, and were done in less than an hour. Jesse and his team are my go-to plumbers. Every time they come out they are prompt, always polite and professional, and the fees are very reasonable.

We recently had them in to install a sump pump. They were very respectful of our house. They used drop cloths in our hallway and down the stairs (even though I told them it wasn't necessary), and cleaned up before they left.

I have used many, many plumbing companies over the years. Without question, this is the BEST plumbing company in Windsor, period.

I call Jesse with a unique issue, 830am the next day his workers are there. They dont rush the work, they get it done right, for the price they quote.

This is one of the ONLY companies in Windsor, i FULLY trust. These guys are honest, legit, do great work and priced super resonably.

I highly recommend Windsor Plumbing & Eel!! Our basement has been flooding since the big flood back in September. I had a clogged storm drain & it was getting ready to rain again. I called Jesse at Windsor Plumbing & Eel on a Saturday afternoon & he showed up within 20 minutes. He eeled & unclogged the drain in about 15 minutes & it started raining about 30 minutes afterwards. Had an issue arise on a Saturday morning, within the hour they were out to eel the plumbing. Found the root cause that day but needed a full crew. By Tuesday they were there jackhammering and replacing the old corroded trap and old galvanized steel pipes. Started at 11 and by 3pm the entire work area was cemented and cleaned. Great job and well priced. They stand by their work. Would recommend their services to anyone.

They offered the different options to help with our flooding issues and while they were here even gave us advice about our leaking taps. No questions went unanswered. I have had my share of Plumbers over the years. I have also encountered all the negativity associated with hiring a plumber. So much so I stated doing some things on my own. But, there is a time when you really need a master of the trade, so I set out looking once again for another plumber. WOW!!!! Was I ever shocked! Phone was answered right away, took my details and made me feel confident that my problem would be taken of immediately! It was! Although a difficult job, the two plumbers that came to my home were nothing less than perfection! Not only were they sensitive to my particular situation, they were tenacious! Nothing was going to stop them until the issue had been resolved. They were very clean and cleaned up before they left. They offered excellent advice, and care details. The best part was the price!!! The best service EVER received for the most reasonable price ever!! I will never be able to thank Windsor Plumbing and Eel enough. So courteous, professional and more than fair with their prices. Very quick to respond. My dad was in the hospital. The arrival window was 3hrs, but he also gave an approximate time which was great for me. He was on time. Very nice, respectful, asked questions, got right to it. But my problem wasn't fixed. But, he thought out of the box and problem solved. Only reason I'm giving a 4* is because the charge was $150.00. For roughly 20min.
Otherwise, fantastic company.

I cant say enough good things about this company. I normally try and do repairs on my own but certain things you should just leave to professionals. I had a pipe crack which resulted in water leaking into my home. Luckily i was able to shut off the water to keep it from causing any damage. A friend of mine recommend this company so I called and they came out the next day on time. Josh and Curtis were polite ,got the job done quickly and cleaned up thier mess. They also gave me a few tips on how to avoid the situation again. All in all i would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We just had a great experience with this company. My call to Jesse was answered immediately and we were able to book an appointment the very next day. The crew was on time and started with some simple fixes first just in case. They did need to use the eel and in doing so they made sure to cover and protect my flooring as well as my new washing machine they were working beside. They were professional and courteous and most importantly they fixed the problem. The prices was very reasonable and they are upfront on costs so there are no surprises. We were given 2 names by the city on who to call for help. One didn't show up for the appointment or return messages and the other was impossible to reach. Turns out it was for the best as we found Windsor Plumbing and now have them in our phones for future calls. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Thanks Jesse!!!

Jesse is my go-to plumber for my property and the properties of my clients. My husband and I are realtors and have helped our clients acquire many investment properties in the Windsor-Essex area, but none of us live in the area. I've used Windsor Plumbing & Eel three time now over the last three years and have been very pleased with the results. Most recently I had a leak in my kitchen sink which I was able to identify but since I'm not a handyman couldn't fix. I called Jesse at 4pm the day it happened and he picked up immediately. He then set me up for an appointment the next day with two of his crew. The crew was very professional, calling me to advise they would be a bit late due to a prior job and once they came they did a great job fixing my leak. They even helped unclog the drain fully at the end and now the sink drains as well as I can remember.

I am a recent first time customer of Windsor Plumbing & Eel. I went with this company based solely on the reviews left by others for a drainage problem I was having in my front yard. Jesse was EXTREMELY courteous and professional in getting someone over to my place as soon as possible to fix a blockage in my main sewer drain through the cleanout in the front yard. Communication was top notch from the first phone call all the way through - and the work was completed in a timely and clean/professional manor. From just one visit I am already a lifelong customer for any/all plumbing needs. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL RIGHT AWAY! You will NOT find another business quite like this. We had problem with our toilet which was already installed and was giving a hard time to us, we saw Jesse on google and with great reviews we decided to call him. He was at our location asap and we explained him the whole thing and he got on it, he completed everything within an hour and even cleaned all the mesh and everything was just like before working in perfect condition.

Had a problem with a basement backing up. I called Windsor Plumbing & Eel, and they were able to send out a couple of technicians the same day! Not only that, but they were able to arrive ahead of schedule.

I was overly delighted with the fabulous service from this company. I have used another company for years, however after waiting 24 hours for a call back, I had to look further. When I called this company, Jesse the owner answered right away. There was no auto answering with numbers to push to leave messages. Just plain old fashioned great service with a real person answering the phone. He had 2 of his employees out the same day to do a preventative eel job. They were both polite gentlemen and did the job with a clean neat approach. Great to see excellent, polite, professional service being done the way it should be.

We woke up on Saturday morning to our sump pump backing up through our basement toilet. Every time the pump kicked in the toilet became Niagara Falls. After calling multiple companies advertising 24/7 service and not being able to help or even answer, someone recommended Windsor Plumbing and Eel. They came highly recommended so I called. I have never been so grateful to hear someone answer. I explained the situation and was sooo happy to hear he could he there Sunday morning. Last week we had a sump pump and backwater valve put in by Windsor Plumbing & Eel. Jessie and his team were excellent. They went the extra mile to help me cover things to protect them from the dust, noticed a bees nest between our back doors and offered to spray it for me if I purchased the product, etc. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up the area as well.

Well, I didn't get a service call from them, but had to write a quick review. I called regarding getting some work done. The person on the phone listened to all my troubleshooting steps, asked me a few questions, then recommended another company he works with closely to help me out, as he said they know a few more tricks related to my specific problem. He even offered to give me one of their personal cell phone numbers if I couldn't get a hold of them. I'm sure he could have performed the work, but it's amazing that he was willing to recommend another company who might be able to help me out better.

Highly recommended! Great company with great people. They were prompt, friendly, professional, informative and got the job done. Offered applicable additional services they have available without being pushy. Considering plumbing issues are always a bad time it was good to end up with a positive experience.
Update.
These guys are great. Had to make use of their service again and they went above and beyond to get the job done and give me excellent information on where the issue in the line was using the camera. They're professional, have top notch gear and have great communication to work with you and your schedule. Don't mess around, call these guys.

Exceptional service! We were having issues with our sump pump and not only were they quick to provide aid but were also very knowledgeable about what products would be best suited for our basement. Our main floor toilet had a bad clog which affected our bathtub and our separate stand up shower so of course we tried all of the old fashioned ways to fix it but no luck. We don’t have a drain toilet cleanout so I wanted to make sure that the plumber had at least a 100ft eel for the job. Josh arrived within 2 hours from the initial call and cleared the clog! The service was quick, efficient and reliable! We will definitely use them again in the future - do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time calling other plumbers because Windsor Plumbing & Eel is the best out there!

I was able to get same day service , which was awesome. Two guys came out to replace my kitchen tap and new shut off valves. They did it very fast and were very efficient. They did not make a mess and cleaned up after themselves , would definitely recommend.

I called Windsor plumbing and eel to find a leak that was damaging my ceiling in the basement. They Cut a couple holes to follow the leak and found the source! Very reasonable pricing and were upfront before they started the job about how much it could cost. Jesse the owner was great on the phone and very responsive to texts as well. Josh the plumber who came over was very respectful and explained everything to me.

I recently dealt with Windsor Plumbing and Eel, long distance. I live in British Columbia and my mother lives in Windsor and had a huge plumbing issue. I spoke to Jesse over the phone and organized everything with him. He went above and beyond what you would expect from a business. He was extremely friendly and made me feel that I could trust him and his company explicitly. He and his company did not disappoint. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Fantastic service! I can't decide what my favourite thing is about 'Windsor Plumbing & Eel': the quality and speed of the service, the pricing, or how friendly everyone is!

My family and I had a plumbing emergency, so we called around to find someone who can help us as soon as possible. Other companies we called were either charging double or triple the price for quick service, or unable to help us and could only schedule us several days from now. Thank goodness we called 'Plumbing & Eel', because they were everything we were looking for! They arrived at our place within a couple hours from when we called, and fixed our drains in less than an hour at a very good price!

Amazing quality work, and amazing people! Everything in our house is back to normal now thanks to them, and it didn't cost us anywhere near what other companies are charging. Thank you guys so much, you're all the best!
