I can not thank Thomas enough. Our boiler was literally exploding New Year’s Day of 2022. He came all the way to evergreen to look at it and it was all replaced a day and a half later. I’m pregnant and the negligence of this homes previous owner could have killed us. Today we woke up with no heat. Thomas answered my call and came out right away. He fixed the issue promptly and was able to restore our heat. I can’t recommend him enough. I will forever use Thomas for all our heating and plumbing needs.

I first found Tipping Hat from one of those mailer ads. My son needed a new central air unit and he ended up getting a new furnace also. Everything was great! Then he got a new hot water heater and everything is great! I thought I should take my own advice after my longtime plumber wanted to super charge me and use Tipping Hat. First Miranda who answered the phone and helped get someone here was fantastic! She let me be long winded, laughed at all my stupid jokes and was just a pleasure! Melissa was great! She is the one who gets to give the good news that help is on the way! Seth and Zac were fantastic! Again let me be tell my long story about what happened ( I need to learn editing) gave me some great advice about the drain cleaner I’m using, and we came up with a way to blame my husband for all the hair in the drain, not me! Now I need to look into the hydro blasting or jetting, like Seth recommended. It really makes sense to clean out all that gunk out of my old house pipes. Tipping Hat is now in phone for keeps! Very excellent service from Gabe the service person. He analyzed the problem with the drain, which was unique, and gave me several different methods of achieving a satisfactory solution and estimates of the cost of each. I will use Blue Sky for further work when the time is available to proceed with them.

The other night I was trying to relax with a bath and suddenly there was rain pouring from my living room. Called Golden West and they were able to make a same day service call. Josh and his team worked really hard to repair the cracked pipe and was able to stop the leaking in my ceiling. They also provided a walk through and were extremely clean. Left the house better then they found it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've been glad to be a customer of Horizon since December 2010, when I noticed a leak in my water heater. I've been on their monthly maintenance plan ever since--they proactively contact me twice a year for my AC and heater checks before the summer and winter. The technicians are always pleasant and professional, and they are careful in my home--always putting covers on their shoes each time they are in my home. I also enjoy working with the office team who help me quickly, efficiently, and plesantly.

The service tech arrived very quickly, actually much more quickly than originally estimated, which the dispatcher cleared with us first. He got right to work and resolved our problem in a short time. We paid only the promised charge. The tech discussed some additional recommended services and left us his card. It was so pleasant to get such prompt, professional service.

AAARK is a great choice for you HVAC needs they were less expensive than their competitors. Mat and Jimmy were very professional. Jimmy the electrician ran his wire and connected everything to the box, inspected and secured the wire, he was very friendly an super helpful. I will likely request him for future AAARK electrical work.

Matt has done an amazing job with the installation of my under cabinet radiator he kept the project clean and even came out to adjust the positioning of the radiator, he did outstanding work. He also talked to us about upgrading to a more efficient boiler/hot water heater setup. Showed me pictures of other more efficient set ups and I look forward to contracting AAARK for that install.
