During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. I recently purchased a home in Littleton, CO and had Carlos Rios from Hyperflow come out and do an inspection on all of the plumbing and sewer lines. They were at home within one day from when I called! He was extremely polite, professional, and informative. He explained everything to me and how to prevent future issues. The inspection was relatively quick and easy and ensured that I did not have any issues or concerns before buying them home. Carlos explained how a sewer line that is not functioning properly could cost over $20,000 when you have to break the slab of concrete and fix drainage lines. These guys are incredible. I had a larger company come out and quote me nearly $10k for an unnecessary job, using scare tactics to get me to buy in. Plumbers Near Me came out to give me a second opinion and they were able to provide options and honest recommendations. We went with a much less invasive solution and it worked perfectly. Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Awesome experience!!! I am truly grateful for Brendan and Golden West. I called them because I had received an estimate for over $9k for a new furnace, the previous company said my furnace wasn’t repairable so I needed a new one and also told me my ac had to be replaced as well. Brendan came in and checked everything thoroughly and was able to repair my furnace. Brendan was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
