Great Service. I booked it all on line. Got a prompt reply. Called me 30 minutes before arrival. Came and repaired the problem. Clean work ethic, our technician Fred was great. Very courteous and informative. There were less expensive options but I can not imagine any better service than we had. He had good equipment and kept the house clean.

Ruster and Tom were very professional and helpful. They explained the problems, solutions, all our benefits, and opportunities to save money and get our piping, valves, and system working right. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We have been using Roto Rooter for many years at several places where we were living and we love the workmanship, discounts, and value for our money. So... Our light fixture was leaking?!! Ahhhhhh! They came out the same day, and fixed the leak (In a pipe of course). Professional, kind, and get this.. They send a picture of who is coming to your house. Safety first right! Highly recommend. Jay was great too, if your lucky enough to get him.

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

We are so grateful we called Golden West when we were having furnace issues! Brendan came out for the initial call and was amazing! He was great at explaining everything to us. He is so knowledgeable and very patient when we asked him a million questions! We ended up needing a new furnace. Brendan and Gabe came out to install it. I seriously cannot say enough good things. There guys are so good at what they do! Again, great communication, keeping us updated and answering our questions. We are SO glad we called them. They have our business going forward for anything HVAC and plumbing related!!

Marie was excellent. She found the problem, repaired it, and cleaned up win a short amount of time. I was pleased with the respect she had for my home and my time. Marie was very knowledgeable and efficient. She gave an estimate and stuck to it. My family would definitely have her do any other jobs that come up for us.The work was Top Notch.
