Ricky did a great job installing my new Delta faucet. He detected an issue with the old one and was able to install a new faucet and valves on the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he install a new water pressure valve for me, but he was very observant and noticed that my expansion tank for my hot water heater was leaking and installed incorrectly by Home Depot. He came back out and replaced the expansion tank as well as replacing a galvanized pipe in my crawl space. Scott is an excellent plumber and was so patient throughout the whole process. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and provided great knowledge, which demonstrated his expertise in this area. I highly recommend Tipping Hat for your plumbing issues!

Beau was awesome! Showed up right on time and was the perfect combination of friendly and professional! Our pipes froze and we knew one had burst but wasn’t sure where it was. He was able to find the burst pipe within our walls and fix it no problem, giving us back our running water within a few hours of him showing up. He also was super helpful with the knowledge he shared of how we can prevent the same situation moving forward, and even helped insulate the wall better with some insulation we had on hand before he put our bathroom back together for us. What we thought was going to be a long drawn out and strenuous process, Beau turned around no problem, and with a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

I called needing emergency services for my water heater. Steve S. was on time and very knowledgeable. Everything was done quickly.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Polite and knowledgeable

Despite showing up at the end of the day the repairman was in good spirits, efficient, and worked until the hot water heater was working again. I expected the worst but the repair cost was affordable and the plumbing tech offered additional safety features which made sense even if it was just a pitch. Overall a great experience in a world where most repairmen seem like sharks.

James was prompt, clean, polite and did just what was needed for the quoted price (plus an extra $15 for a special part). I would recommend this company.

Mark came over was very polite. Explained the cost and went right to work cleared my main line to the main. Cleaned up and we settled the bill. I will be recommending IPC to any one I come across that needs help thank you Mark and IPC PLUMBING AND DRAIN.
