We got four estimates for repairing a leak under the kitchen sink and investigating a problem with our downstairs shower. The Flow-Rite folks were the most knowledgable, lowest price, and sorted out problems that our contractor failed several times at.

We had Marius come out to our home to reconnect our plumbing to new sinks and install faucets. He was extremely diligent, kind, and knowledgeable. We feel confident in his expertise. I would highly recommend this company, especially this specific technician.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

The problem that they quickly fixed a week ago turned out to be hiding a much bigger problem. They came out fast, figured out what had gone wrong, explained it clearly, got it done. Of course I'd rather not have furnace trouble at all, but if I have to have it, Golden West makes it a lot easier to get over with. Great job again, Golden West.

Nolan was amazing. Very patient and informative with all of our questions and really spent the time walking us through all the options for the new hot water heater that we need (which they’re installing next day!). Would highly recommend!

Ryan from Green Plumbing Solutions was excellent. He quickly resolved a plumbing issue other plumbers were unable to. They charge very fair prices for their work. Would highly recommend them!
