I had a completely new HVAC system installed by the Tipping Hat team this week. Expensive, sensitive home uograde that we do not take lightly. This required some extensive planning and modifications to my existing infrastructure and home. The team starting with sales through plumbing, electrical, install and more were great overall. They showed care from the beginning regarding my concerns and wishes and were quick to modify things as I requested. They work long hours and deal with a huge flux in temps day to day. They could have cleaned up better in the end, but that is my only negative comment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Wow! I could not be happier with the service I just received from Key Plumbing Solutions. I just just experienced a disgusting sewage backup situation which was starting to flood my living room floor. Bill, the owner, came himself within an hour of my calling and had the situation under control in no time. I knew he had a great reputation of being reliable, and honest and he totally exceeded my expectations.

My furnace, one of two in the house, was failing to stay lighted. It would ignite and then slowly fade and go out. I contacted two if the big top rated HVAC companies in Denver and after visiting and checking they both said I needed a new furnace. Qoutes for a furnace were from $6,500 to $20,000, depending on how wonderful the new furnaces would be, and I may as well get both replaced. $40,000.....YIKES. I reserched down the Google list for a company not so high on the list that was privately owned and called JD's. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE Adam visited my house for the minimum $69 service charge. Checked the furnace and asked some important questions about when the problem occurred and I noted it bagan this year after I constructed a lean-to next to the house, near the furnace combustion intake. It seems that the slight obstruction of the intake was causing the intake sensor to trip the furnace off. I opened up the lean-to and it resolved the problem immediately. THANK YOU Adam and JD's for saving me $39,931. These folks are the real deal.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

We had a hot water line break in our upper bathroom. We called Golden West and, while they weren't able to get out immediately that day, their tech arrived first thing the next morning to get the line repaired, which I was fine with. I was able to locate the leak and shut the main supply off myself so there was no urgency. The tech made the repairs in timely and professional manner. Very please with Golden West.

Horrible experience with Dion. Please call someone else. They wont give you prices over the phone and then show up and way overcharge you. Quoted me at $600 hr. Do not call these scammers.
