Writing this review while Vaughn from Spartan is still here. We got the run around from multiple big name plumbing companies and were at our wit's end with trying to figure out what was going on. Spartan Plumbing was a last ditch hope that we could get some answers. Vaughn showed up and walked through all of the problems that had been reported by the previous companies and proceeded to disprove them. He walked me through each problem providing pictures and explaining what was going on. He was extremely helpful and really great to work with. Spartan Plumbing has won a lot of trust in me. I will absolutely use their services again, Vaughn especially.

The plumber Eric, one of 7 is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and very nice. He repaired a cast iron drain pipe under a concrete floor. It was completed in a fraction of anticipated time.

Yesterday my touchscreen thermostat went blank and the air conditioner was not running. Since I bought my system from Plumbline, I called them first thing this morning since it's going to be a hot day today. They took my information and told me a tech would call back with an estimated ETA. About 20 minutes later Stephen C. called. He asked me to describe what was going on, and he had an idea of what the problem was right away. He talked me through the process of cleaning out the condensate drain trap, and the system, including the thermostat, came back on. Stephen was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He was also patient with me, waiting until I put on shoes and socks (I'm not going in that furnace room barefoot, let alone stocking-footed). I had let my service plan expire, but I renewed it this morning. As usual, Plumbline is great.Older review from 2018:Zach was very friendly and very professional. I'm revising my review, with sincere apologies to Jeff Butler & his family. I'm so sorry about their loss. My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.

I called Friendly Plumbing on a Friday they came the same day to give an estimate on installing a gas line for our new stove. Charles came out went over all the work to be done and said he could get started Monday. He was professional, on time (actually early!) and very helpful. Definitely recommend Friendly Plumbers for your next job!

John is really good at his job. I like that he looks for the simple solutions first and then if he has to accelerate the issue he will. Plumbers is a group of brothers so they band together for a successful business. Good guys. I highly recommend.

Absolutely above and beyond amazing! We spoke to many different companies about redoing all of the plumbing in our 100+ year old home. After speaking with Zack we knew we had found the best small business to support. He showed up on time with excellent help and was able to completely fix our plumbing problems in a regular work day. They charged me $337 to clear a shower drain. This is very expensive for the service.

Jordan responded promptly to my inquiry, showed up on time for the job, and gave us an honest assessment of our broken pipe and how to repair our non-operating outdoor fountain. He’s a wonderful guy and we will be sure to contact him for all of our future plumbing needs.
