The kitchen sink backed up while the dishwasher was running. I tried a plunger and a liquid drain cleaner that were no help. I then went and got a 25ft snake and that didn't work. I had coupon for a $99 drain cleaning and called for an appointment. I was set for 4-6pm. I got a call about 2:30 that a tech was available early. Shortly after 3:00 Vincent arrived. I showed him the problem and explained everything I tried. He said the clog was probably before that line hit the main drain line and his machine would most likely clear it. He laid out some floor protecting cloth before he brought in the machine. This was a huge, electric, professional, drain cleaning snake. After 20 ft or so he said the water is going down. He ran the snake out to 80 ft to completely clear any obstruction. After that he ran water from a hose to be sure it was clear. He cleaned up and made sure everything was as he found it. He explained everything he did and was respectful of our house. I am very happy with the job, and the work that Vincent did.

What impressed me is that he scoped the line both before AND after he cleaned out the roots, so we both saw the immediate impact of his work. Very cool!

Chris Hoffman came to our house to fix a plumbing emergency. Was able to be there with in 30 minutes of my call and had the problem fixed in literally 5 minutes. Definitely knew what he was doing. Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I needed a plumber late in the evening and Will came out to inspect the clog. I ended up needing a new toilet, and he was so kind and efficient. It was late but he was able to go buy a new toilet for me and replaced it so quickly. Great price and he was wonderful. I would recommend Will for any services needed.
