Called 5 different plumbers (yes 5 others passed on the job) on a Friday afternoon while visiting Denver and E&J was the first one to have a human answer instead of an automated answering service like all the others. Was very relieved when after LESS than a minute on the phone he said to text him the address and he'd be there within the hour (thank god bec we needed a plumber quick haha) he showed up very quick and got right to work! I really appreciated them for having an appointment available next day without a price gouge.. the technician Allen communicated clearly, was timely, pleasant and professional.. he solved our problem in less than 45 minutes. I was afraid of getting a fake high priced bid but he immediately gave a clear price and I think it was fair. I didn't feel like he added anything on...It was really nice to make this contact for the future.

We had Sam C. and Vaughn P. come to our house and fix the main water shutoff valve that had sprung a leak. They were very professional, came in wearing their boot covers and gloves, troubleshot the issue, and gave me three different price points for the job they were tasked to do. They did an excellent job with the work, and cleaned everything up nicely once they were finished. We are very satisfied with their work, professionalism, and their dedication to get the task done right the first time.

Tanner was wonderful! He fixed our garbage disposal in no time! He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Shane was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all that he was doing so that I understood.Shane couldn't diagnose the problem with my central air conditioning, so I needed a followup diagnostic visit. Leo did an exceptional job and determined that the system had no refrigerant. He charged me nothing and encouraged me to contact the company that originally installed my system to see if it was still under warranty. If the company that installed my system says that it is not, I will certainly have Swan do the repair.

Despite a mixup in scheduling, it was remedied and the plumber arrived within the scheduled time and quickly unclogged the drain. He was polite, masked and professional. We will use this company again and recommend them to others.

I worked for this business, back when I was an apprentice and learning the trade. I wasn’t the smartest plumber, but I was honest. That’s something I can genuinely not say for this company. Along with asking me to put dry concrete mix into a sewer line, there were other dirty tactics that Alphonso and Connor would utilize to try and sell something. I’m writing this review a SECOND time because I hope at least one person will read this and use another plumbing service. This company is no good
