Sam and Gabe @ Spartan came out today to give me an estimate on getting rid of a saddle valve that feeds water to my fridge. There was almost no water pressure, so i would be at the fridge for 2 minutes or longer for a glass of water.
Sam and Gabe checked the valve, the water lines, etc. They reviewed a couple of options for the valve replacement, explained how each worked and the benefits, and provided prices for both options. Now i have a low maintenance quarter-turn ball valve instead of the slow-flow saddle valve.
After the work was done, we tested the water flow from the fridge - Everything worked perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the work Sam and Gabe did. Will definitely call Spartan again for future plumbing work.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. They were very quick to respond, professional, made the sewer repair and carefully replaced the landscaping that had existed before the dig. They have proper equipment, used the best supplies for the repair (according to the City Inspector). Pedro was first on the scene within an hour of our call. On realizing the degree of our problem, he called in Augustine. Eloy and Fernando operated the equipment and did some hand digging very carefully. They secured the area for the days we needed to wait for the inspection. Once that was done, they completed the work by that evening. They were all helpful with explaining what they were dining and answering our questions during the process.

The Mr Rooter serviceman was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very careful in his diagnosis of my water heater’s problem and repaired it at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.
