Best Thermostat Installation in Denver CO

Gary provided excellent service installing a new garbage disposal. We purchased a garbage disposal from hardware store after reviewing products online. Gary was knowledgeable about the product and completed installation with no issues. He was courteous and answered all our questions.

We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

I worked with Amber as my project manager. She was amazing! Super professional, kind, understanding of my needs and very knowledgable. I was replacing my waterheater, which required an upgrade/update to my panel. She was able to review with the electrician and we ended up adding a sub panel. We were able to bundle and I added A/C as well. Amber coordinated and arranged to have everything done on the same day. Everything was coordinated and went incredibly smooth.Emilio and Rony installed my AC, they were professional, very considerate of my home, and very helpful, ensuring that everything was running smoothly before they left. Jordan installed the water heater, he got everything done quickly and efficiently and answered my questions. Kyle did the sub-panel, he was fabulous!! He worked with me to make sure the placement was as unobtrusive as possible, and it turned out better than I expected. Overall, I had a great experience. I knew if I had any issues or questions I simply had to reach out to Amber. The fact everything was done in one day was just the cherry on top.

THEY CANCELLED AT THE LAST MOMENT! I had an appointment scheduled for over a week and the same day they cancelled the appointment. Not only the same day, but at the time they were supposed to be there. They charge a trip charge of $49 and the only compensation they would give for cancelling was to not charge the trip charge. They wouldn't have charged that anyway, when I paid for the service. This is so unprofessional to treat customers like this. It has been 90-100 degrees and they left my 83 year old mother without the cooling option that they were to provide.Reply to owner response: If your implying this was a fake review, because you cannot locate me, that just points to your companies lack of organization. My appointment was rescheduled, but they didn't send me a confirmation like they did the first time. They probably messed up the rescheduled appointment also. And you had a chance to make it right already and you offered nothing of the sort.

John was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable & very responsive to even small issues. I would highly recommend John & Swan. I have been a client since 2019 & am completely satisfied after each service, repaid & installation.

Denver Plumbing Consultants are great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when the issue was diagnosed very quickly they did not charge the whole hour fee. They fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for a reasonable fee.

Sly and Tony were GREAT! A one day job turned into 5!!!! I had to have ALL the pipes replaced in my house in Northglenn, like insanely rotted out!! Oh did I mention they were all UNDER the concrete in the basement?!? These pipes could not even be considered pipes anymore , see photos. Sly Jackhammered all the concrete out and then Tony came along and laid all the pipe(fair to Sly ??? haha). A great couple guys to work with, on time, worked hard every day, and great advice. Great Price too. FIVE STARZ DOES NOT DO THEM JUSTICE!!! 1,000,000 STARZZZ!!!

From scheduling to arrival, everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous. They were able to schedule me for next day service and my technician was extremely respectful of my property (wearing booties and cleaning up before project completion), informative (explaining the issue, the solution options, and basic anatomy of the shower pieces he needed to repair), and efficient. The cost of repair was reasonable and my options were explained clearly to me so I didn’t feel pressured to pick the most expensive or labor-intensive option. Gilberto is an incredibly kind and helpful technician, going above and beyond to make my shower work properly and look brand new. My expectations were exceeded and I will absolutely use GW for all future needs.

Jim Needham Services went above and beyond for us in an very urgent project. We were supposed to close on selling our home on a Tuesday and during the final walk through on Monday, a water leak was discovered. The leak had gone into the basement and required a 4 day dryout and drywall repairs. Since we were out of town, Tyson called me to help walk me through the changes that needed to happen in order to fully fix the issues. He came out immediately for an estimate and had the job done the very next day in order for the drywall and mitigation guys to come out and help get the mess cleaned up. I called Charlie to replace a tankless water heater. He came out and took a look at it. He was really professional and offered a few suggestions and even offered a discount for being a local customer and extended warranty on his labor. We shook hands and I awaited his proposal. After promoting him twice, I finally got an estimate. I had questions about it and his credentials, which I texted him about. I got absolutely no answer. So, I texted him again. Again no response. So, now I have Hot Water Now in my basement replacing the water heater; they were a bit more expensive, but they responded when Charlie did not. I was really hoping to use a local father/son team instead of a larger company, but I can't wait around with no hot water until he decides to get back to me. FYI, Hot Water Now is very good, very prompt service; they were scheduled for Tuesday but showed up a day early! Awesome service from them. Sorry, Charlie; we just couldn't wait for you to get around to do it. Answer your texts from future customers. I gave two stars for the initial visit, was looking forward to giving five stars, but he didn't get back to me at all.
