Roscoe did an outstanding job handling my faucet shutoff valve issue.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Doug was punctual, communicated the problem, and fixed it in the same day. Great service!

Hey thought they all pulled together to do install. Good attitudes,worked steady ,gave options. Listened to possible Tweeks. All good I'd say

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because they were on time, friendly and professional..

I used them because I was having issues with my a/c not turning on..(which turned out to be a connection issue between the thermostat and the A/C) they stated that I needed a whole new thermostat and maintenance on the a/c.. the cost is what I'm not understanding.. the maintenance fee I don't mind since it was around 200.. but my problem was the thermostat cost.. it was nearly 900 dollars to replace it and to redo the connection. I don't understand why it is nearly that much because the thermostat brand that they were going to use was the exact same brand of the thermostat I had just bought.. the guy claimed that the one I had just bought is a dud.. I even looked up the cost for the exact thermostat that they were going to use and it was only like a couple hundred but the rest of the cost in not sure I understand.

It's interesting because I ended up going to someone else that my family knows and does a/c and furnace stuff and he fixed Noth the thermostat I had and redid the wiring for less then 200.. and he said that my thermostat was just fine and nothing was wrong with it.. so I actually feel like i was ripped off.. im actually glad I did use this company to replace the thermostat I had just bought etc.. plus the guy that came by pushed the membership more then anything else and seemed to only care about that.. there's no sense to me to use it when I'm just wasting my money on a membership when they won't be over often. It seemed like the guy didn't know what he was talking about. Everyone that I've talked to who has had to use a/c company for a thermostat issue have all said the same thing that they've never paid almost 900 dollars for that kind of an issue..

It seemed like the guy was mainly wanting to upsell things more then needed and it felt like I was being taken advantage of. Not using this Company again

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Not only were they very responsive and provided same day service, but they did very high quality work as well! They also don't charge a trip fee that most other companies do. All around very happy with the service I received from them.

Denver Plumbing Consultants are great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when the issue was diagnosed very quickly they did not charge the whole hour fee. They fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for a reasonable fee.

We had a bad experience with Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing Solutions. Bill came to look at our sinks, put caulking around them, charged us $85, and didn't fix the problem at all. Phone calls were not returned. After a month or so, we filed a complaint with the BBB, which went unanswered by Bill Griggs. The woman who recommended Key Plumbing to us also ended up with shoddy worksmanship and no return calls. (We later paid a handyman $60 to replace both of our faucets and the sinks are working perfectly.) If Bill had simply called us back, we could have worked something out but he took our money and ran with it. I will avoid Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing in future.

If I could give a 10 star review, I would. I have had them do multiple projects on my home and they have consistently been incredible. But, recently I experienced a problem that they helped me with where they really went above and beyond. A leak in a line to a basement radiator was clearly another company's fault and they advocated for me with that other company. Brian and Omar from Blue Sky are some of the best I have ever worked with. They take great pride in their work. Much appreciated.

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

They were very quick to respond, professional, made the sewer repair and carefully replaced the landscaping that had existed before the dig. They have proper equipment, used the best supplies for the repair (according to the City Inspector). Pedro was first on the scene within an hour of our call. On realizing the degree of our problem, he called in Augustine. Eloy and Fernando operated the equipment and did some hand digging very carefully. They secured the area for the days we needed to wait for the inspection. Once that was done, they completed the work by that evening. They were all helpful with explaining what they were dining and answering our questions during the process.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
