They did sameday repairs. They are very flexible with the schedule. Good prices. I cannot recomend Pete enough. The man did a great job and even explained how to avoid the problem in the future.

During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

Ben came to look at my drain and was courteous, honest and helpful. I ended up not needing services but would certainly call again should another issue come up

I won't use any other plumber than Adams Plumbing. Wes came out to fix my jammed garbage disposal during the holidays even though his schedule was tight and had many clients with more dire needs. He tried to consult me on fixing it myself and gave me sound advice to get it working again throughout our phone conversations. When those didn't work he arranged a time to fit me into his loaded schedule. Great guy to know when you need an expert plumber.

Do not use this company, owner is not ethical in his tactics or pricing. Had two guys come out to do a repair on drainpipe in basement. Guys doing the job had to call owner to price the repair, basically cut out 3 foot section of pipe and fit 2 elbows. Initially the owner tried to say $2,100 and I objected that was outrageous, his own guys even agreed but said that their hands were tied. So after some back and forth he agreed to do job for $1,000. Guys repaired what was easily accessible and there was still a slow drip coming from next bend up at ceiling, took them 45 minutes max to do work. I asked for a break on pricing given time it took and the fact that the repair still did not fully fix leak. Owner basically said not his problem there were more issues than expected that I agreed on price for what they attempted to fix and short amount of time it took them was irrelevant. Techs working for him both apologized as they knew this was robbery and not a finished job.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

We had a horrible clog in our kitchen plumbing that the first Rotorooter specialist couldn't resolve. He called in the dream team of 2 experts from his office who had some specialized equipment and specialized knowledge to complete the project. They were at our house from 7 to 11pm - on new year's eve, no less - relentlessly working to solve the problem. They were exceptionally polite, helpful, thoughtful, careful and highly skilled. They also cleaned up everything before they left - which was no small task - and priced their extensive work very fairly. I am a fan of RotoRooter for life.

A little late on the review…but Charles did amazing work extending our gas line and fixing some plumbing issues a month or so ago. Professional, easy going, efficient and excellent quality/skill… pricing was significantly better than every other company I contacted without sacrificing quality. I will absolutely call again next time something comes up!
