He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! Wes, of Adams Plumbing did a great job for us, exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to solve our problem. On Friday afternoon he came over and determined we had a bad thermocouple on the water heater. He tried to repair the old one but it didn't work. Then, he drove across town to get a new one. It worked and we don't have to go through a whole weekend of stinkyness. He was also friendly and fun to talk to. A great choice for your plumbing job.

A few days after I moved into my home, the sewer backed up. I called one of the big name companies, and they tried unsuccessfully to remove the clog with a rooter. They wanted $5000 to dig up my front yard and replace the sewer pipe.

I called Around the Clog early the next morning, and someone was over 30 minutes later. He successfully cleared the clog with his rooter, charged me $100 for the job, and was on his way. Turns out the previous owners flushed rags down the toilet. Also note, the other company still charged me $150 for their unsuccessful attempt to remove the clog. I would use Around the Clog again in a heartbeat, and have recommended them to several friends.

Chris, Jeff sand Tony were the most professional and amazing workers I have ever used! The last 2 days had temperatures of 100 degrees. We have no air conditioning in our house and these guys and the crews they used were unwavering in their efforts to replace our sewer pipes. My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Okay, let's be honest nobody wants to have their drains cleaned. But, I have to admit, this experience was very pleasurable. Our technicians name was Jake H. He was extremely competent, attentive, clean, and had a good sense of humor which when you're going through something like this is very important. He made sure that are drain was cleaned properly and well. Explain to us why it happens and how it happens and what to look out for in the future.
