My experience with this company was nothing more than a good experience. The company is very responsive and when they come, they come to fix the problem and to do any necessary testing and evaluating to make sure their repairs are completed thoroughly and correctly. I’ll happily give my recommendation to others.

Luis did a great job clearing out the tree roots from my main line that was causing a back up . Very clean highly recomend this company.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. No sales pitch to overcharge or added costs. On the contrary. Very reasonable 👌 Thank you so much.

Buyer beware!!!!!! This plumber comes to the house with a $45 dollar trip charge which I agreed to. He was there 10 minutes, checked my water pressure which took 30 seconds, he then quoted me $670 to repair a small water pipe break which was in a crawl space that was easily accessible. He didn't even evaluate what was needed?. Instead he just looked into the crawl space and quoted $670. His tactic is to bid the job really high... realizing that he can make a quick $45 dollars going from house to house...knowing that most of the knowledgeable home owners won't pay for an outrageous quote of $670. Occasionally he will get a naive home owner to pay the over priced amount. This is his business model.
I paid the con man the $45 dollar trip charge and decided to do it myself. Bought a $50 dollar part and spend 1.5 hours and fixed it myself. With his trip charge and my parts cost, I avoided a $500 dollar ripoff. He made a quick $45 which was what he wanted all along. He either makes a quick $45 or an outrageous cost for the repair.

A GREAT PLUMBER would have said, describe for me the issue you have? Send me a pic of the issue and I'll provide a rough estimate, but I will have a trip charge of $45 if you have me come to your house. A GREAT PLUMBER then would have taken 5 minutes to assess the job, then quote me an honest price. Not this guy, he quoted the job at $670 without even evaluating the job?. There are honest plumbers out there, unfortunately Adam's plumbing is not one of them. Buy the way, I rarely write a bad review, but this guy is really is a con man. I should have followed my instincts when he was a bit condescending on the phone in the first 30 seconds. Even if the job took two hours, he would have made $335 an hour!!!! You shouldn't pay more that $150 per hour. Unbelievable.

I spoke with Shannon on the phone when I made this appointment. She was very courteous and helpful. Dillon came to our house to inspect and tune up our furnace. He arrived right on time and was very friendly and courteous. He completed his work quickly and explained what he was checking for as he went along. I was very happy with the service he provided and I highly recommend Tipping Hat.

Probably the worse company I have dealt with in 75 years. We called due to a sump pump failure that was creating water in the basement. Since it was an emergency we did not seek cost comparisons, etc. We did make sure the had a sump pump on the truck. The arrived late with no pump. I had a spare the used temporarily and advised the would be back the next morning first thing to put in the correct one. During the night the connection from the pump to the outside pipe failed and again we were faced with about 2 of water in the basement. They arrived around 10:45, put in the new pump, left their camera equipment by mistake and failed to put on the lid to the sump pump. For all this I was charged $ 1185.00. When I called to challenge the amount and get a breakdown I was advised they only have one price and buy by bulk so no breakdown was available. They were rude and argumentative and offer no assistance. If you are looking for someone to work for you I would avoid this company at all cost. AND THE COST ARE PLENTY!!!

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

We needed a roto rooter company on a weekend, same day service. Called another company first that was going to charge us $150 just to come out and that amount could not be applied to labor/repair bill. Called Roto-Rooter next and they came out quickly, for free, and explained everything before we approved any labor or charges. Friendly, quick, and cleaned up. Very thankful for quick service and reasonable pricing.

I had some work done at my house and used RGs plumbing. They are outstanding. Excellent customer service.

Made an appointment for Wednesday at 8am calls me Tuesday at 8 ask if he could come. he said his morning freed up and he could make it 9:30 10 rolls around no plumber. Call him said he can come later that day I said I was busy so ask if I can keep my original in appointment he said he was too busy. Thanks but no thanks my time is just as important as his
