I’ve been arguing with myself on whether or not to post this, but I feel like my experience has been less than spectacular. I called Drain Terrier last week to come and give me a quote for replacing some floor drains (as they kept backing up and the drains have seen better days). When I called, I was promptly scheduled for a mid-morning appointment. Lisa and Savannah were both super nice and professional. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I get a call about 30 minutes before my appointment that other jobs are taking longer than expected and was asked if we could move my appointment back (understandable, and I mean, I get it). So my appointment was moved back by a few hours. This happened one more time that day and my technicians, Gary and another, finally came around 4-5 pm. They were friendly and courteous and listened to what I was concerned about. They didn’t have the proper equipment with them to scope my floor drains so we scheduled another appointment for the following day. The next day, Gary and a different guy, show up right on time and with the right equipment. They quickly scoped my floor drains and found two really bad dips and really bad scaling/corrosion within the cast iron and recommended replacing all cast iron in my basement. I requested a quote for that and they mentioned that I would receive the scope video in my email shortly after my appointment. Fast forward a week, my sewer has backed up a couple more times and I’ve had a couple other plumbers out to give me quotes (doing my due diligence, they’re actually pretty competitively priced) and I still have not received a scope video. I’ve called and been told twice that “we will have it to you by the end of the day.” We will see if I actually ever get it. Due to the issues above, I would probably not recommend this company to a friend nor use their services again.

Casey and Brandon were absolutely wonderful. We called just about every 24 hour plumber that serviced our area and Roto Rooter was the only company that answered our call and actually showed up. Casey and Brandon were both incredibly professional as well as compassionate to our situation. I honestly couldn’t have asked for two better dudes to come work on my house. I will absolutely be using them again and appreciate everything they did for us today.

We have a strange issue without a clear solution, and it turns out a plumber wasn't the right specialist to call. But Scott was thorough, patient, professional, honest and kind. He used his resources to try to identify options and provided advice for a way forward even though there wasn't a straightforward action for him to take on the matter. Every bit of information helps, so I'm very grateful to Scott for providing his best assessment - and we'll definitely be back for future plumbing-related needs.

main valve and water heater. Their work was good and they left the are tidy which was quite
pleasant.

We called several businesses after we found our main water valve was leaking. No one we knew had a plumber they trusted, so we had to go off of Google reviews. We found Plumbers Near Me, and they were able to get us next day service. Jonathan showed up on time, without a trip fee, assessed the situation, gave us the breakdown of how repair would go, and even researched what valve would be best to go with. He timed buying the equipment so I could pick my kiddo up from school, and then successfully repaired our valve even though it was in an awkward place. He saved us a huge expense of maybe needing to dig up our front hard to re align the pipe, and got us fixed in one day. I couldn't recommend this company enough! They are awesome!

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Sewer main line cleaning was good, prompt, but EXPENSIVE! Got charged hidden fees - they had to go get special equipment (+$75 fee) because I had a narrow doorway to get through and they charged me for the time to drive to their shop to go get it. In the end I paid 2 to 3 times what other companies quoted (after the fact, knowing the details). Make sure you know what you're getting into and what the competition offers.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We used Golden Hands to help fix a leaky sink and we’re very happy with the service. Their professionals quickly diagnosed the issue, had all the necessary repair parts on hand and fixed everything in less than an hour. Great service and very friendly. Highly recommend!
