TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER PRICED. I had a toilet with a slow leak. I paid Wes $300 dollars to remove the toilet (and eventual re-install) and he also provided a contact for a clean up crew. He quoted me another $650 to install a water pressure valve - I called around to get a 2nd quote which was $200 less. I informed Wes that I was going with the other plumber and asked if he would consider refunding me a portion of the $300 so he wouldn't have to come back to install the toilet. This is the text response I received from Wes. I asked you, the last time I was there, why you contacted us again? Your response...you had the best reviews! I located the reason for the toilet leak, consulted you on excessive high pressure & possible cure to prevent future water leaks. A team was sent, Disaster cleanup services, to provide assistance. Companies charge good money for genuine professional advise that was provide to you including the initial stop (free) over for island remodel, all in that $300.00. I you had some decency you would text & thank us for a $300.00 well spent and ask the person who will be doing what I recommended to do, that he reset the toilet, instead you want refund. Why am I not surprised. Needless to say I never got any money back.

What a joy it was to hire an honest, courteous plumber! Thomas got everything squared away in record time when we found 4” of sewer water in our main level bathtub. Even at 9pm, he showed up promptly and in a great mood. He’s a lifesaver!

They originally quoted me a Basic Shower Insert Install for $4383. I have the Hardcopy for this Quote. Then they discovered that I was planning to replace my Furnace and install Central AC. So they said everything (Shower, Furnace, AC) would be installed for $15,000. They immediately did the Furnace & AC for $11,500. And told me they would do the Shower later on a separate Invoice. We scheduled out the Shower Insert Install. When the Date came around they never showed up. They said the next day. Again never showed up. Then they said that they totally forget about the Shower job and needed to check out the work again. Then I met with another Shower guy different from the first Shower guy. He told me the job (Shower install alone) would actually cost between $15,000 - $16,000. About 4 TIMES more expensive than the original Shower Install quote. Looks like an old Bait n Switch routine on me to take the Furnace/AC install work away from another contractor I had already lined up. That Kodiak guy pulled one on me.

So happy with this company and their service. Our water heater went out on a rental property, and as one would predict, the tenants were put out. It was a hassle to have another provider to address the issue. I called today and it was repaired within 5 hours, with images to prove the work was done! I would advise anyone to use this company.

Flow-Rite has helped me with numerous issues in my home. Some that were complicated and one that was not all that complicated, but I had 4 different plumbers look at a leaky shower and they all had insane quotes to fix it stating it was some major issue. Flow-Rite came out, and fixed it easily and without any fuss. They confirmed it was the exact issue I thought it was, a cartridge installation issue. Other companies and plumbers were quoting me $600+ stating it was everything from needing to replace an entire water line in the wall, to needing to gut my whole shower. Obviously, Flow-Rite came in and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. I trust them 100% and I'll never go to a different plumber ever again!

I had an emergency with my sump well during a very rainy few days. My wife and I were leaving on a trip out of town when I noticed water freely flowing into the sump well. I telephoned plumbers Near Me, and they responded the next day. They installed two sump pumps the same day and under estimate. The plumber was professional, cleaned up the work area nicely, and explained fully the issues involved. My neighbor came over also with a problem which he also resolved the same day. Family owned, local, and reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for anything more….highly recommend.

Read this. Jonathan from Drain Pros fixed my running toilet for a very fair price and with a great can-do attitude. It only needed a flapper. During a previous visit from Crown Plumbing I was told that, “barometric pressure” and the wind were probably the source of my problem and was charged a $75 fee without fixing anything. The only thing “blowing” was hot air excuses. Bottom line: all plumbers are not created equal. Drain Pros is owned by a Master Plumber who also happens to have served our country honorably (thank you). A smart, family oriented business. Don’t hesitate to call them for any size job. I’ve also used them for more complicated plumbing work.

Our toilet backed up, and we needed a plumber to unclog it. We called IPC at about 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and they showed up at 3:30 and had the clog cleared in about 10 minutes. Great service!
