Had a main line back-up start at 6pm on a Saturday night the evening before we were expecting company. Roto Rooter immediately was able to give us a time window to expect their technician. When it turned into a busy night for them, they were quick to follow up with their anticipated timing and offer to come in the morning if it had gotten too late for us. Once the technician arrived, he was prompt and professional. We call RR for all of our emergency needs!

I just wanted you to know what a great experience I had with your company both in the office and field. I called about 5.30 pm on a Friday night with a main sewer line back up and was told that you could have someone to my home within the hour. Dean arrived at 6.00 and from the moment he got there he was the most professional, courteous and all around great guy.
