After being out of town for 2 weeks, we come home to a backed up tub, sink & toilet (welcome home!). They were able to come out the same day, and even 2 hours earlier than the appt time! The clog was a toughie - almost to the street, but the guys kept at it until success!! Very happy with the prompt service & results & will use again if/when the need arises!

Where to start ! My experience with Tipping Hat was absolutely AMAZING! From the time I placed my first call to schedule and estimate on a new HVAC system until the total job was completed in just 3 days from the time they started. Gilbert did a great job on re-plumbing my bathroom and fixing various leaks in the crawl space. Very personable and would highly recommend!

New water heater was installed as expected. Technicians were polite and explained everything.The one thing that did not go well was leaking of water onto the utility room floor and into the adjoining room when the old water heater was removed. Would have been helpful if something had been put on the floor to manage this. I ended up cleaning the water off of the floor.I did appreciate the discount since I cleared the area making it easy for the technicians to install the water heater.

This company has gotten me out of a semi-emergency situation TWICE on a few hours' notice. Our sewer connection has a dip in it from settling and sometimes our house stops draining to the sewer main as a result. Two years ago, this happened when I had a house guest and my wife was very pregnant. Eric & Co showed up within hours of my phone call. They charged a fair price to hot-jet and sanitize our line. At that time I learned from Eric that we would likely need the same service performed in about two years. He was right. Just over two years later our sewer line stopped up. I called them, and again, and the same day, a three man crew of Eric, Jim and Adam showed up to clean our line as well as fix a bathtub clog. In under 40 minutes they were here and gone and our stress was relieved by their efficient work. This company is honest, genuinely nice, and communicates well. This kind of service is rare with contractors in the Denver area these days. Also, hot-jetting may be slightly more expensive than roto-rooting, but it is worth it! Why cork-screw through the problem when you can clear literally everything out of your drains?

My tub faucet was leaking and I needed help fixing it. I got the phone number for Denver plumbing from a friend who had hired them before and was full of praises about their services. They came and replaced the faucet and only charged me a small fee. Now I know that I can always rely on them whenever I have issue in my home. I will definitely use them!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Carlos was so professional and responsive and explained the leak in my condo thoroughly and referred me to a company that would test to see if there’s mold. He was so thorough! He also has Jose shadow him for the day that was helpful too!

Ask for second opinion!!
I had a clog on my second line, they came quickly (on Saturday) and fix it. Then, using a scope I was told that my pipes had cracks, holes and it was in a very bad shape suggesting a 10 ft replacement. The quote was for $4,267.89.
I had another person to check for second opinion and I was shown that there were no cracks or holes and THERE WAS NO NEED TO FIX/REPLACE ANYTHING !!! Ask for second opinion if they tell you you need to replace anything!!!!

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
