Best Sewer Cleaning Hydro Jetting in Denver CO

I have been meaning to write this review for a bit. I found out about Done when I was at my friend's house where her sewer line was being cleaned out. I was impressed with Chris the technician and told him I planned to have some water faucets replaced at my house, including the old cold water shutoffs. I requested him for that work and everything turned out well. He coordinated with the city I live in to get the main water turned on/off, etc. More recently, Sean came over to do a tune-up on my A/C system outdoors. The twenty-two year old fan was making noise and the breaker and dual capacitor were also replaced. He also checked general function. Both Chris and Sean were professional and no call backs were needed.

Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

Called Erick for a clogged drain and found the pipe was inaccessible under concrete. He installed a new drain pipe to our kitchen sink/dishwasher at a very fair price saving us a major hassle. Will use again in the future.

Thomas made a special effort to come the same day I called him to install the plumbing for two undermount sinks. He showed up on time, did a great job, was very courteous and his prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Thomas for your plumbing needs.

Contacted Hyper Flow based on YELP ratings. They delivered! The first appointment they had available was the next evening, but, they surprised me with a slot after a cancellation earlier in the next day. Jake arrived and got to work. Cleared my clog in my old house and gave me details about what may need to happen in the future, along with a quote for that work. Communication was on point and Jake was terrific. Price was in line and no attempt to push extra services. LOVE THEM. 10 out of 10, will use again!

I truly cannot recommend Spartan Plumbing enough. Specifically Jeff, who went above and beyond to deliver great work at a fair price when we found ourselves in a tough spot. I’ll explain:
While in the process of selling our house, we were alerted to a few gas leaks, and out of an abundance of caution the gas was turned off until a repair was made. We received quotes exceeding $5000/a complete overhaul of the gas line (with limited explanation why) which just wasn’t an option for us. Then Jeff came along. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was going on. He provided a better option that didn’t require a new system. His quote was significantly lower, and the quality of work was top of the line. Plus, he was able to come out and complete the job faster than anyone else. Jeff is the plumber we’ve always needed but could never find- professional, honest and efficient. I just wish we had found Spartan sooner!

The service tech, David L. came to evaluate a possible main line water leak into our house today and we can’t say enough good things about our experience! David went above and beyond, he was professional, and gave plenty of useful advice. Highly recommend.

Called 8:00 AM on a Monday morning for a clogged kitchen sink drain line and the technician was on site by 11:30 am. Carlos put in the extra effort to get the drain line cleaned out. It was no easy task. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Plumbers Near Me.

Efren and his crew are first class pros. Give invaluable advice, insight and service. Provide piece of mind in understanding what work needs to be done and why, and detail things to consider long term. Integrity and trust are words I'd use to describe how they do business.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

When the pilot light of our old furnace went out, I first called another company who came out after hours and charged us a hefty fee. That company also quoted an inspection and repairs that would cost a significant amount. When the pilot light went out again several hours later, I called Golden West instead. Anthony was available that afternoon. For a reasonable fee, he took care of the pilot light and gave me an assessment of needed repairs. He candidly explained that the repairs may/may not work on the 30 year old furnace and that we should plan on replacement soon. Hours later, the pilot light was out again! With winter storms predicted in the next several days, we made the immediate decision to go ahead with the much-needed replacement. Anthony was available that afternoon and worked late on a Friday night to get the new furnace running before we went to bed. He was back the next day - a Saturday - to finish some work. Through the whole process, Anthony was friendly, polite, hard-working and informative. We are very pleased with the work provided by Golden West!

**We are hopeful Elite may still reach out to resolve the issues below, in which case we will amend this review**

Summary: Elite was unable to unclog our toilet and replaced it instead - but did so improperly.  We were left with a heavy leak and an improperly sealed and rocking toilet. They were unresponsive when we tried to have them come out and fix it so we had to pay another company to fix their faulty work and had to partially refund an Airbnb guest for the inconvenience they caused. We understand that mistakes happen and have asked for a refund but they seem disinterested and haven't even bothered to call us back (as of 25 March 2023).

Details: We had Elite Rooter out to clear a toilet that was clogged by a guest at our Airbnb. The technician was friendly and tried hard to unclog it but said an object was lodged deep inside so the toilet needed to be replaced entirely.  We had new guests arriving within a few hours so we authorized the $599 replacement in hopes the problem would be resolved quickly.  However, after the toilet was installed and the technician left we found that the toilet water valve was still turned off and when we turned it on the shark bite connection began leaking very heavily (soaking an entire bath towel in a couple minutes).  Clearly the technician hadn't confirmed everything was functioning properly before he left.

The technician returned but didn't have the correct tool (a pex crimper) to fix the problem.  He called a different technician who had the tool and assured us he would be out to fix it by 9am the following morning. This now meant that our guests would be inconvenienced by having one toilet (of two toilets in the property)broken and a service call to deal with, but we agreed based on the promise they'd be there by 9am and this would be over with.  When we called that evening to confirm, the receptionist didn't know anything about the situation and said she would have the technician call us.  We did not receive a call from the technician, so we called again at 7:30 the following morning but the receptionist (a new one) again did not know anything about the situation and could not confirm that the plumber would be there at 9am, simply stating that the technicians manage their own schedules. She offered to make a new appointment window but failed to address the fact that our guests' expectations were based on Elite's promise of a 9am resolution.

Feeling that Elite was either too disorganized or too uncaring to reliably complete their own unfinished work without further inconveniencing our guests, we called High Five plumbing who had a technician out within a couple of hours, at the exact time they promised.  High Five discovered that not only was the shark bite connection leaking, but the newly-installed toilet was improperly sealed and rocking badly (we have used High Five many times and trust the competence and honesty of their plumbers a great deal).  After paying High Five to fix Elite's work and partialy refunding our guests for the inconvenience caused, we were out more than double what we originally paid Elite.

When we called Elite for a refund they were disinterested and said they would call us back but never did.  I called again today and was told that management put a note in the system saying that we would not be refunded because the leak was a pre-existing issue! We also plan to lodge a BBB complaint, but understand communication within a company can be difficult, so we're holding out for a week in hopes that Elite will demonstrate some concern for customer service and contact us for a resolution.  If they do, I will amend this review.
